I visited the hotel in the beginning of May (11th-18th). This was ideal time for me, because of low number of hotel guests at the beginning of the season. Hotel's most positive attributes are beautiful localization, big selection of delicious food and very friendly staff. Hotel is located in Paleiocastritsa, Corfus most stunning bay, with jade like water and majestic cliffs. Food was different every day and we could taste such dishes as originalMousaka, Stifado, Kleftiko, various selections of seafood, Baklava, Halva, delicious local Olives and many other foods from different cuisines, so everyone should be able to find something for themselves. Restaurant is always kept clean and staff puts much effort into collecting dirty dishes from the tables and keeping buffet full. Everyday there were activities, one by the pool at day, and another at 9.30 p.m. This activities were conducted by profesional animators, and were always real fun. I think price of the hotel is really adequate to the standard it represents.

Not very clean. The bed mattress had wires coming out of it. The sun beds were dirty. Breakfast was mediocre. The view however is very nice.

Visited in June 2021 First day, the rooms was dusty and it had spiderwebs on the walls. The site specified AC is included but it actually costs 10 euro for 7 days(this would have been fine if specified). The walls wells were filled with blood and dead mosquitoes. The wifi is not available in the rooms, this should not be a 4 ? hotel with all these complaints. The pool bar does not have a menu and you have to struggle to understand if they have lemonade or not (only Fanta lemonade). The pool schedule is 10-18, starts too late and ends too early. There were very few sun beds at the pools area, not sure if this was because of physical distancing or not. The big point for the first day is stat we had to clean the room ourselves after they cleaned it twice, there were also many long blond hairs in the bathroom and on the "clean" towels that were in the rooms 2nd day We found out that the mini fridge needed to be paid for, 10€/7 days, this is the first time I meet this and expecially odd for a 4 star hotel, this is a motel mindset. Also the mini-fridge itself was dirty inside and out with yellow stains and small hairs in it. The booking site specified that rooms have bidets but we didn't have one. You sent Food, it was ok, a bit of lack luster but the coffee is horrible The food hall has no AC and it gets so warm there we couldn't spend more than 15 minutes there. You sent The Wi-Fi is useless, there are 2 available in the reception hall and in the mess hall but they hardly connect and are incredibly slow aka useless. Found a shoe print on the ceiling of the bathroom. 3rd day, 2 Chad wasps came in our room and they hastily established dominance. I went to the reception desk asking for insect spray and they said that someone will come... Mind you I was in my "pajamas" and they clearly saw that. Shorty after we managed to get them out and changed and went to eat, came back and still no sign of anyone coming in with any kind of spray at 9:30. DEAR HOTEL MANAGEMENT: get nets for the windows. At dinner time it was surprising cool in the mess hall, but that was because it was windy is chilly outside We found that the cleaners came in our room today, they didn't change the sheets or the towels, but they did make the beds(with the same linens) and throw the garbage from the bins. 4th day, nothing new, heard the music from the organized late night pool party, sounded fun but was too tired to participate 5th day, I just realized that the bathroom air vent doesn't really work or if it does its maddeningly slow. The smell and steam just stays there for a good long while. I would open the window but wasps and mosquitoes will come in. But wasps and mosquitoes would take over the room We left the room with the "please clean" sign on the door to change the sheets and towels before our 7 night stay would end. We left all the towels on the bed. That actually went well. 6th day, The staff figured out the trick everyone used to get actual coffee from the machine. Now they mix the water with the cheap coffee and you get the watered down coffee no matter what... Yum Last day, The 'luggage room' is a joke, it's not really a secure place where you store your stuff until your bus comes, but the game room (which is all cost per play btw) which is open to anyone. Not safe! Last remarks/observational: The toilets are all connected and when someone takes a shower above you or flushes the toilet, you hear everything going through your room. The entrance door has about a finger thickness of space under it and because of that you hear and smell EVERYTHING that happens in the hallway. Needless to say that drunks coming late wake you up every time. The TV has only the BBC news in English, they show some English movies after 20:00. The rest are local stations

The VIEWS!!! If there was nothing else going well for this hotel then the views are definitely it!!! We've booked one of the premium bungalows for 9 nights at the end of May 2022 and the view from the french window is simply breathtaking 180Β° of beauty! You can see La Grotta, Rovinia and Limni Beach. The bungalow is at the highest spot of the whole resort therefore a bit of a challenge for people with disabilities etc. It's few steps away from the roof top pool which is again surrounded with stunning views of jagged rock walls and endless sea horizons... The roof top pool bar is opened from 10am till 19pm but it was closed on our only one rainy day which I understand because I presume the indoor bar was opened instead. The lift to all the way up is rather small so we preferred to take the stairs instead (better choice anyway when you are on All inclusive :D). As all inclusive goes, the food was good, on some days excellent on some average but I am modest and as long as there is plenty of salad and some nice meat dish, I am happy. I don't drink a lot of alcohol and didn't understand why you can't get ONE large nonalcoholic drink and always have to ask for two small (plastic) cups instead but we'll.. it's a minor issue. The bar staff on all 3 bars is great, very professional, especially Billy and Angela :) The entertainment team, Vitalis, Juliette a Remy are doing their best 6 days a week. We had an issue with our balcony door which jammed in and we couldn't close it, and the pillows were too thick and firm and both issues were addressed straight away, so the reception staff and maintenance are in a good sync too. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily too which we thought was a bit excessive but not something to complain about. The hotel has quite good shop opened from 9am till 10 pm with snacks, toiletries, cigarettes etc if you need anything. The car park can fit roughly 15 cars. The bottom pool was okay, we weren't fans of the music choices so we didn't spent a lot of time there but again not something to whinge about. We had a hire car anyway and spend days going on day trips. As for day trips I'd recommend Porto Timoni, Cape Drastis, Kassiopi and Rovinia Beach, Angelokastro Castle, and Yakiskari beach (but do not attempt to reach the car park nearby, it is impossible as the road is destroyed by landslides and Google won't tell you that) Cnic Paleo Art Nouveau is a great choice, you will read negative reviews. It's your choice what you take seriously. I think it's more than adequate!! And Pealokastritsa and The whole Corfu island is like heaven!!

Extremely pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the food very tasty and varied and the best part was the friendly staff. The fun was also on level, thanks to the animators. Congratulations to Vitalis and for making us have fun and dance. The party was the best.

It’s great for the money it cost. The food is great and the room view is fantastic but the hotel needs a good paint I feel. The rooms are ok but need a good deep clean and the bathroom needs a deep clean. We have been here and the bathroom sink and bath have just had a wipe over only. I’ve have been out to buy my own cleaning stuff. The tapes need descaled. The floor has not been cleaned since we got here. Towel’s have been changed every day though!
