★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλ για μια παραγγελία η κυρία αγενεσταση και χωρίς καμία συννενόηση.Αλλα της έλεγα αλλά σημείωνε.Εστειλα τα στοιχεία της εταιρείας με mail και όλη τη παραγγελία για να εξυπηρετηθούμε και εκείνη και εγώ και πάλι τα παρέλαβα λάθος.Οπως και τα στοιχεία στο τιμολόγιο ήταν λάθος της είπα πως δεν είναι σωστά και αντί να τα αλλάξει στο τιμολόγιο τα αλλαξε στο σύστημα της.Η κυρία έχει το Γραφειο της μόλις μπαίνεις ευθεία δεξιά.Αρνιοταν να μου τα διορθώσει και μου μίλαγε απαίσια λες και έφταιγα κιόλας.Ντροπη για μια εταιρεία που έχει τόσο καλά προϊόντα μα έχει τέτοιο προσωπικό.
 I got a call for an order from Mrs. Agenesti and without any consultation. But I told her but she noted. I sent the company details by mail and the whole order to be served and she and I received them again incorrectly. I told her wrongly that they are not right and instead of changing them on the invoice she changed them in her system. The lady has her office as soon as you go straight to the right. She refused to correct them and talked to me awfully as if I was already to blame. Shame on a company that has such good products but has such staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εταιρεία με πραγματικά αξιόλογο ανθρώπινο δυναμικό. Παρα τη δύσκολη περίοδο του lock down η παραγγελία μου εκτελέστηκε άμεσα, παρέλαβα την επόμενη μέρα και προιον που ήταν σε έλλειψη, υπήρξε επικοινωνία από μέρους της εταιρείας για διευκρίνηση αναμονής η αλλαγής με άλλο προϊόν.
Ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.
Excellent company with really remarkable human resources. Despite the difficult period of the lock down, my order was executed immediately, I received it the next day and a product that was in short supply, there was a communication from the company to clarify the waiting or change with another product.
