Για τα διεθνή standard που έχει η εταρεία COCOMAT, οφείλει να διεξάγει έρευνα για την ικανοποίηση των πελατών της στα καταστήματα της σχετικά με την εξυπηρέτηση κατά την πώληση αλλά και την "after sales" εξυπηρέτηση . Στο κατάστημα Χαλανδρίου, ως διαχρονικός πελάτης σας, το προσωπικό δεν είναι πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει, ειδικότερα όταν πρόκειται για κάποια ζήτηση "after sales" . Ζήτησα πληροφορία για την δυνατότητα αποκατάστασης σε βλάβη υφάσματος σε καρέκλα που είχε αγορασθεί από το κατάστημα (με τιμολόγιο οπότε φαινόταν η αγορά). Αφού με αντιμετώπισαν με δυσφορία, μου υπέδειξαν την αποστολή email με φωτογραφία του προβλήματος (που είχα ήδη δείξει επιτόπου), την οποία απέστειλα. Δεν έχω λάβει καμία απάντηση!
Nice and quality products, but the store staff must be checked for the service they provide. For the international standards that the company COCOMAT has, it has to conduct research for the satisfaction of its customers in its stores regarding the service after the sale but also the "after sales" service. In the Halandri store, as your long-time customer, the staff is not willing to serve, especially when it comes to some "after sales" demand. I asked for information about the possibility of repairing a fabric defect in a chair that had been purchased from the store (with an invoice at which time the purchase was visible). After they treated me with discomfort, they pointed out the sending of an email with a photo of the problem (which I had already shown on the spot), which I sent. I have not received any answer!
