Προϊόντα πραγματικά ξεχωριστά και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και συγχρόνως είχαν όλες τις απαραίτητες γνώσεις. Very good service, beautiful environment and comfortable parking right in front of the store! Products really special and the staff were very friendly and at the same time had all the necessary knowledge.
s	stelios k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο αστέρια, όχι για τα στρώματα αλλά για το προσωπικό στο κατάστημα της Βούλας, πήγα δύο φορές, την πρώτη ο υπάλληλος είχε το ύφος,τι θες και εσύ εδώ και μου χαλάς την ησυχία μου; Τόσο ξινή φάτσα που δεν μας είπε ούτε να δοκιμάσουμε τα στρώματα, απλά τα είδαμε σαν να αγοράζαμε πίνακα για το σαλόνι, οπότε ξαναπήγαμε, ευτυχώς ήταν άλλος ο οποίος ήταν σίγουρα καλύτερος, έκανε την δουλειά του πωλητή πολύ καλά, είχαμε ξεψαρωσει και από άλλες εκθέσεις οπότε πήγαμε αποφασισμένοι να τα δοκιμάσουμε, απλά ίσως και από κούραση φαινόταν σαν να έκανε αγγαρεία. Για τα στρώματα τα βρήκα τέλεια, να πείτε να τα δοκιμάσετε και με το ανωστρωμα Κυριακή, αιθέρια αίσθηση. Πιθανόν να το αγοράσω από το κατάστημα της Αλίμου που ο πωλητής ήταν άψογος. Two stars, not for the mattresses but for the staff at the Voula store, I went twice, the first time the employee had the style, what do you want here and you are disturbing my peace? So sour face that he did not even tell us to try the mattresses, we just saw them as if we were buying a painting for the living room, so we went again, fortunately there was another one who was definitely better, he did the seller's job very well, we had some other exhibitions so we went determined to try them, just maybe out of tiredness it seemed like he was doing chores. For the mattresses I found them perfect, tell me to try them with the Sunday mattress, ethereal feeling. I will probably buy it from the Alimos store where the seller was impeccable.

Ο Νίκος ήταν απίστευτα κατατοπιστικός, διαβασμένος, προθυμότατος και κυρίως ικανός να απαντήσει σε όλες τις απορίες μας. Ήταν ακούραστος όση ώρα δοκιμάζαμε και τον βομβαρδίζαμε με ερωτήσεις σαν να ήταν δικό του το μαγαζί. Ανυπομονούμε να δοκιμάσουμε το στρώμα μας και να επανέλθουμε και για άλλες αγορές. One of them pretended we get a VAT refund. At the airport, it turned out you can't get VAT back from cocot mat. Also they also sold us 2 mattress toppers "for better comfort". After 2 months of back pains we had to remove one. Response to cocomat's reply : cocomat Voula
