I visited the store after a recommendation. I asked for manicure services and specifically a technique that the company advertised on social media. The result aesthetically had nothing to do with what I asked for while there were serious technical failures. The manicure professional was polite but not technically trained as the result of her work was below average. I was charged for everything normally. It was my mistake not to say anything.
