★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, nice ambiance, good coffee and friendly staff. The main issued encountered is the difference in service speed and attention depending on who is working at the time. There have been times that from the time we sat to the point we received our coffee only took 10 minutes, whereas there have been times where we had to wait 30 minutes to be given a menu and another 30 for our coffees to arrive.
