★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόσφατα επέλεξα να πάρω take away από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα καθώς έχει ωραίο καφέ, αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση με απογοήτευσε. Ο υπάλληλος που μου έφτιαχνε τους καφέδες ήταν με κατεβασμένη τη μάσκα και για να ξεχωρίσει ποιος είναι ο decaf καφές γιατί μπερδεύτηκε, πήγε και μύρισε τους καφέδες. Όταν του ζήτησα να μου φτιάξει καινούργιους με ρώτησε με απορία και αγένεια γιατί. Όταν του εξήγησα δεν ζήτησε ούτε για το τυπικό συγνώμη, παρα ήρθε μια άλλη υπάλληλος που είδε τι συνέβη και ζήτησε συγγνώμη. Εννοείται δεν ξαναπατησα.
I recently chose to take away from this store as it has nice coffee, but the service disappointed me. The clerk who was making my coffees was with the mask down and to distinguish who the decaf coffee is because he was confused, he went and smelled the coffees. When I asked him to make me new ones, he asked me with a question and rudeness why. When I explained to him he did not even apologize for the formal, but another employee came who saw what had happened and apologized. Of course I did not cheat again.
