Παρήγγειλα διπλό cappuccino και ήρθε σαν latte χωρίς αφρογαλα και διπλό Espresso machiato χωρίς ίχνος από αφρογαλα όπως φαίνονται στη φωτογραφία. Η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι έτσι φτιάχνονται οι καφέδες. Όταν ρώτησα μήπως ο διανομέας είχε και άλλες παραγγελίες και οι καφέδες ήταν πολύ ωρα καθόδον, η απάντησή τους ηταν ότι ήρθε κατευθείαν στη περιοχή μου. Επίσης παράγγειλαμε δύο muffin και το ένα ήταν μπαγιάτικο. Κρίμα γιατί πρόκειται για αλυσίδα Καταστημάτων. Να σημειωθεί ότι δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που παραγγέλνω από εκεί καφέ.
Unacceptable coffee and staff behavior. I ordered a double cappuccino and it came as a latte without frothed milk and a double Espresso machiato without a trace of frothed milk as shown in the photo. Their answer was that this is how coffees are made. When I asked if the distributor had other orders and the coffees were down for a long time, their answer was that they came straight to my area. We also ordered two muffins and one was stale. Too bad because this is a chain of stores. Note that this is not the first time I have ordered coffee from there.
