★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από παραγγελία μέσω Efood με χρονο αναμονής 30 λεπτά για 2 καφέδες και ενα χυμό με το κατάστημα να βρίσκεται 500 μέτρα μακριά από το σπίτι και μετά από 1,5 ωρα αναμονής δεν παρέλαβα ποτέ την παραγγελία. Το κατάστημα δεν απάντησε ποτέ στις τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις μου . Λυπάμαι πολύ για την μη επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Απλα απαράδεκτοι.
 After ordering through Efood with a waiting time of 30 minutes for 2 coffees and a juice with the store being 500 meters away from home and after 1.5 hours of waiting I never received the order. The store never answered my phone calls. I am very sorry for the unprofessional behavior. Just unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για τον καφέ δεν έχω παράπονο. Η εξυπηρέτηση κακή. Εκτός από μια φορα μόνο. Όλες τις άλλες φορές οι υπάλληλοι δεν ήταν ενημερωμένοι για το menu δεν ήξεραν καν αν έχουν mochaccino ενώ την προηγούμενη ημέρα είχα πάρει. Η απάντηση ήταν "α εμένα δεν μου έχουν ζητήσει ποτέ" το να παίρνεις προσωπικό και να το "πετάς" έτσι στο χώρο εργασίας χωρίς να τους μάθεις τα στοιχειώδη πράγματα για τον τρόπο εξυπηρέτησης θεωρώ πως είναι τραγικό από τη μεριά του εργοδότη. Δυστυχώς χάσατε δύο πελάτισσες συχνές.
I have no complaints about coffee. The service is poor. Except once. All the other times the employees were not informed about the menu they did not even know if they have mochaccino while the day before I had taken it. The answer was "I have never been asked" to take staff and "throw" it in the workplace without teaching them the basics of how to serve I think it is tragic on the part of the employer. Unfortunately you lost two frequent customers.
