★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν δεν είχε αστέρι σίγουρα θα το έβαζα. Μετά από 1 ώρα αναμονή, χωρίς να σηκώνουν τηλέφωνο να ενημερωθούμε που είναι η παραγγελία, χωρίς να κόβουν απόδειξη, κάνουν λάθος την παραγγελία, και έστειλαν μετά από μια μια πάλι τον καφέ. Τραγικό ένα μαγαζί αλυσίδας, να λειτουργεί με έναν άνθρωπο για διανομή, με πίεση και κινδυνεύοντας ο εργαζόμενος. Δεν φταίει ο διανομέας σε καμία περίπτωση. Ένας άνθρωπος δεν μπορεί να είναι ο flash. Στην εξυπηρέτηση - καταχώρηση παραγγελίας υπάρχει το πρόβλημα. Συνιστώ να μην προβεί σε παραγγελία κάποιος άνθρωπος γιατί θα πιει καφέ μετά από δύο ώρες. Άμα έχει υπομονή ας παραγγείλει.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έτυχε να βρεθώ απ' έξω από την καφετέρια δύο φορές και είπα ας την προτιμήσω ,και τις δύο φορές ούτε την καλημέρα απ' την υπάλληλο δεν άκουσα την μια γέλαγε με την συνάδελφο τής και την δεύτερη γέλαγε με πελάτη... απαράδεκτο...θεωρώ η επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη αξίζει έστω και λίγο περισσότερο απ' την ποιότητα, δόξα τον Θεό από καφέδες εάν κάνουμε μια βόλτα στο τετράγωνο θα βρούμε 5 καλούς ανθρώπους μέσα με ζεστασιά και ευχαριστήσει όταν σε βλέπουν υπάρχει άραγε?
