Παρήγγειλα σήμερα καφέ στο κατάστημα της παλλήνης και μου ειπαν χρόνο αναμονής 40'.Εγω θέλω να ρωτήσω οτι αυτο ειναι απαράδεκτο και οτι αυτό δείχνει οχι σεβασμό στον πελάτη και στα ωραία χρήματα που δίνει από το υστερημά του.Δηλ ο συγκεκριμένος ιδιοκτήτης αντί να πάρει περισσότερους διανομείς κάθεται και ταλαιπωρεί τον κόσμο.Αυτό ειναι απαράδεκτο-αντιεπαγγελματικό και γενικά δεν δείχνει ωραία εικόνα.
Δεν ξέρω αλλά πρέπει από τα κεντρικά να δειτε αυτό το θέμα να κάνετε τις απαραίτητες συστάσεις στον ιδιοκτήτη(και όχι χαιδέματα) διοτι αυτή η κατάσταση ειναι τραγική.δηλ αν θέλεις 40 λεπτά να ποιείς εναν ρημαδοκαφέ τότε σαν χώρα ειμαστε για γέλια και για κλάματα.
Σε συνέχεια του προηγούμενου μυνήματος δεν εχεισ τείλει την παραγγελία ακόμα μετά από 1 ωρα διοτι δεν κατάλαβε λεει στο τηλέφωνο και επρεπε να ξανατηλεφωνήσουμε.αυτή η κατάσταση ει ναι απαράδεκτη και δείχνει μπάχαλο.

I ordered coffee today at the Pallini store and they told me a waiting time of 40 '. I want to ask that this is unacceptable and that this shows disrespect to the customer and the nice money he gives from his backlog. distributors sit and bother people. This is unacceptable-unprofessional and generally does not look nice picture.
I do not know, but you should see this issue from the headquarters to make the necessary recommendations to the owner (and not caresses) because this situation is tragic.
Following the previous message, you have not sent the order after 1 hour because he did not understand, he says on the phone and we had to call again. This situation is unacceptable and shows a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μικρός χώρος, συμπαθητικός αλλά πιστεύω πως χρειάζεται ανανέωση. Ο καφές πάντα σε καλό επίπεδο και με εξαιρετική γκάμα σε επιλογές φίλτρου, η γαλλική καραμέλα τα σπάει, όπως και το χαρμάνι του ελληνικού.
Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, και το σέρβις πάντα άμεσο.
Small space, nice but I think it needs renewal. The coffee is always at a good level and with an excellent range of filter options, the French caramel breaks them, as well as the blend of the Greek.
The staff is very polite, and the service is always prompt.
