★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ να παραγγείλω ένα συγκεριμένο προιόν από μηνός με μεγάλη αποτυχία...και δυστυχώς κανείς δεν έδειξε ενδιαφέρον ούτε καν να με ενημερώσει για το πότε θα το ξαναφέρουν,παρότι είμαι πελάτης χρόνια!!Επιπρόσθετα λογώ πολιτικής της εταιρίας,από ότι κατάλαβα,δεν δύναμαι να εξυπηρετηθώ κ από άλλα υποκαταστήματα που βρίσκονται λίγο πιο μακριά παρότι σε αυτά διατείθεται το συγκεκριμένο προιόν !!!!!Γιατί άραγε;
 I am trying to order a specific product from a month with great failure ... and unfortunately no one showed interest or even informed me when they will bring it back, although I have been a customer for years !! to be served by other branches that are a little further away even though the specific product is available in them !!!!! Why?

Παραγγείλαμε κάτι κουλούρια και μετά από επανειλημμενα τηλεφωνήματα προθυμοποιήθηκαν να μας τα φέρουν.Αυτο συνέβη επειδή είχαμε ήδη εξοφλήσει.Απαράδεκτοι

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από 1,5 η ώρα αναμονής και 5 τηλέφωνα που μας έκαναν μπαλάκι καταλήξαμε χωρίς να εξυπηρετηθουμε..! Ο ένας να λέει ότι έχει φύγει το ντιλιβερι, ο άλλος ότι δώσανε την παραγγελία σε άλλο κατάστημα για να μας εξυπηρετήσει και ο τελευταίος ότι τους δώσανε την παραγγελία προ 20λεπτου. Εντάξει ρε παιδιά... Όλοι τέτοιες μέρες οφείλουμε να κάνουμε υπομονή... 1,5 ώρα μετά όμως χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση λίγο έλεος! Τουλάχιστον να συνεννοειστε μεταξύ σας για το τι θα πείτε! Επιπλέον, το "έχει λίγη καθυστέρηση" δεν ανταποκρίνεται στο 1,5 ώρα. Οφείλεις να πεις από την αρχή στον πελατη τον ελάχιστο χρόνο αναμονής να ξέρει αν θέλει για αρχή να δώσει την παραγγελία. Το λιγότερο, να είστε ειλικρινείς και ευγενικοί! Επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι! Άιντε και καλό Πάσχα!

All such days we have to be patient ... 1.5 hours later without any information a little mercy! At least talk to each other about what to say! In addition, "has a slight delay" does not correspond to 1.5 hours. You have to tell the customer from the beginning the minimum waiting time to know if he wants to place the order for a start. At the very least, be honest and polite! Forgivingly unacceptable! Have a nice Easter!
