★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν δέχονται τον κωδικό της Vodafone ενώ αναγράφεται ξεκάθαρα πως η συνεργασία Vodafone και Coffee island περιλαμβάνει όλα τα καταστήματα. Κοιτάχτε το άμεσα καθώς θα συνεχίσετε να λαμβάνετε αρνητικές κριτικές.
Poor service. They do not accept the Vodafone code while it is clearly stated that the cooperation between Vodafone and Coffee island includes all the stores. Look at it immediately as you will continue to receive negative reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σχετικά καλή εξυπηρέτηση, έδωσα κωδικό εκπτωτικό 40%, τον οποίο παρέχει η vodafone και η απάντηση ήτανε πως ο κωδικός εφαρμόζεται στο άλλο κατάστημα της αλυσίδας και όχι στο συγκεκριμένο της Τσιμισκή. Φυσικά δεν υπήρχε κάποια επισήμανση στο κατάστημα και όταν ζήτησα να δώσουν κωδικό στο άλλο κατάστημα ώστε να καταχωρηθεί και να περαστεί η έκπτωση στο ταμείο(πράγμα ιδιαίτερα εύκολο ) η απάντηση ήτανε να πάτε εκεί και αυτό μου έχουν πει να λέω. Εφόσον δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα καταχώρησης κωδικού στο κατάστημα απλά ας εξαιρεθεί από τη λίστα καταστημάτων η τουλάχιστον να αναφέρεται επίσημα στην είσοδο του καταστήματος. Δυσφήμιση για την αλυσίδα καφέ και για τη συνεργασία με τη Vodafone καθώς και παραπλάνηση πελατών
Relatively good service, I gave a 40% discount code, which is provided by vodafone and the answer was that the code is applied in the other store of the chain and not in the specific one of Tsimiski. Of course there was no sign in the store and when I asked to give a code to the other store to register and pass the discount at the checkout (which is very easy) the answer was to go there and I was told to say that. If it is not possible to enter a code in the store, just exclude it from the list of stores or at least officially mention it at the entrance of the store. Defamation for the coffee chain and for the cooperation with Vodafone as well as misleading customers
