★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από την μέρα που έχει ανοίξει αυτό το κατάστημα είμαι πελάτης του και δεν είναι καθόλου τυχαίο γιατί πρώτον το προσωπικό πάντα είναι ευγενικό,είναι ο λόγος που μου φτιάχνει την μέρα και ότι μόλις με βλέπουν ξέρουν πλέον τι πίνω,μέχρι να μπω μου τον έχουν έτοιμο, είναι το στέκι μου και δεν το αλλάζω με τιποτα.Ακομα και παραγγελία που έχω κάνει στο σπίτι ήταν άψογοι.Τους αξίζει ένα μεγάλο μπράβο για όλα τους.
 From the day this store has opened I am a customer of it and it is not accidental because first of all the staff is always polite, it is the reason that makes my day and that as soon as they see me they know what I drink, until I enter they have it ready , is my hangout and I do not change it with anything. Even the order I made at home were impeccable. They deserve a big thumbs up for all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτη εξυπηρέτηση. Είμαι καθημερινή πελάτισσα, γρήγορο σέρβις, γρήγορη διανομή στο σπίτι ή στην δουλειά που είναι και κοντά τους . Ευγενικά παιδιά και πάντα προσεγμένα!!! Μιλάω πάντα για το coffee island στην Χαμοστερνας 32 !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση. Δέκα λεπτά μέσα ουτε καλημέρα δεν είπαν.Δεν ήξεραν ουτε τους καφέδες τους. Ήταν μέσα ένα ζευγάρι ηλικιωμένων και ζήταγε καφέ για το σπίτι και δεν μπορούσαν να τους εξυπηρετήσουν σωστά. Τελικά έφυγα χωρίς να εξηπηρετηθω.
Poor service. They did not say good morning for ten minutes. They did not even know their coffees. An elderly couple was inside asking for coffee for the house and they could not serve them properly. Eventually I left without being served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με έχουν δυο άτομα και περιμένω Ενώ μιλάνε στο κινητό Και χωρίς να υπάρχει ούτε ένας άλλος πελάτης στο κατάστημα Μετά από μερικά λεπτά και χωρίς να μου έχουν πει κουβέντα, τους ρωτάω αν θα εξυπηρετηθώ η απάντηση από τον εναν ήταν «λίγο υπομονή δεν βλάπτει» Και συνεχίζω να περιμένω όταν φτάνει η μεγάλη στιγμή να δώσω την παραγγελία Την οποία δίνω σε όλα τα coffee island γιατί μόνο από κει πίνω τον συγκεκριμένο καφέ, κάνει λάθος και μου φτιάχνει άλλο από αυτό που ζήτησα. Εν τέλει εξυπηρετήθηκα αλλά σε κανένα σημείο της συγκεκριμένης συναλλαγής δεν άκουσα ένα συγνώμη
I have two people and I am waiting While they are talking on their cell phones And without any other customer in the store After a few minutes and without being told a word, I ask them if I will be served the answer from one was "a little patience does not hurt" And I continue to wait when the big time comes to place the order which I give to all the coffee islands because only from there I drink the specific coffee, it makes a mistake and it makes me different from what I asked for. In the end I was served but at no point in the specific transaction did I hear an apology
