n	n k (Passenger) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μικρό μαγαζί αλλά με καλή εξυπηρέτηση, το πρωί ειδικά θα δυσκολευτείς πολύ να παρκάρεις. Η τιμή του καφέ θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερη. Small shop but with good service, in the morning especially you will find it very difficult to park. The price of coffee could be a little better.

Ο ενας καφες ηρθε λαθος, τον πληρωσαμε για 2,70 και μας ηρθε καφες των 2,10 και μας πηραν και τηλεφωνο να μας μαλωσουν που πηραμε τον λαθος καφε απο τον delivery boy. Δεν πηραμε καν εμεις τηλεφωνο να κανουμε παραπονο για το λαθος αλλα εκεινοι μας πηραν να μας κανουν παρατηρηση που ο ντελιβερας τους δεν εδωσε σωστα τους καφεδες. Καπου λιγο ντροπη... Και πληρωσαμε 60λεπτα παραπανω τον λαθος καφε χωρις να παραπονεθουμε και μας πηραν να βγουν κι απο πανω... edit: επειδή εσείς μάλλον δεν τα λέτε με ειλικρίνεια. το άτομο που παρέλαβε την παραγγελία ρωτήθηκε από τον διανομέα αν είχαμε ζεστό καφέ αφότου της είχε δώσει ήδη 4 ροφήματα. Και απάντησε αρνητικά. Το ότι δεν γνωρίζαμε αν ο καφές caramel latte είναι ζεστός ή κρύος δεν είναι λόγος για να μας κάνετε παρατήρηση. Μια σωστή αντιμετώπιση απέναντι στον πελάτη θα ήταν να μας πάρετε τηλέφωνο και να μας πείτε ότι έγινε λάθος κατά την διανομή και να μας ρωτήσετε αν θέλουμε αντικατάσταση του καφέ. όπως έχει συμβεί και με άλλα καταστήματα, ακόμα και της δικής σας αλυσίδας. Επίσης καλό θα ήταν για αποφυγή τέτοιων περιστατικών να αναγράφετε πάνω στα ποτήρια το όνομα του καφέ ή έστω τον αριθμό της διεύθυνσης. Θα διευκόλυνε και τον "άπειρο" διανομέα σας και εμάς που δεν είμαστε barista για να αναγνωρίσουμε τι σόι καφές είναι ο καθένας. Φιλικά πάντα και να έχετε και εσείς χρόνια πολλά να βελτιώνεστε. We placed an order with 3 coffees and a juice. One coffee came wrong, we paid for it for 2.70 and we got coffee for 2.10 and they also called us to argue that we got the wrong coffee from the delivery boy. A correct approach to the customer would be to call us and tell us that a mistake was made during the distribution and ask us if we want a coffee replacement. as has happened with other stores, even your own chain. It would also be good to avoid such incidents to write on the glasses the name of the coffee or even the number of the address. It would make it easier for both your "inexperienced" distributor and us who are not baristas to recognize what kind of coffee each one is. Always friendly and may you have many years to improve.
