Οι άνθρωποι που δουλεύουν εκεί, καταφέρνουν να δώσουν την καλύτερη εμπειρία στον πελάτη τους.

Αγοράζω χρόνια κομμένο καφέ espresso από διάφορα μαγαζιά, όμως στο Coffee Lab Neo Iraklio με εντυπωσίασε η προσπάθεια της Χριστίνας προκειμένω να βρεθεί το σωστό κόψιμο για να έχω την καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα καφέ.

Δεν θα το άλλαζα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ Ωραίος καφές με ιδιαίτερες γεύσεις. Πολυ ευγενικα τα παιδιά. Λογο των καταστάσεων δεν μπορείς να κάτσεις μεσα να πιεις τον καφε σου.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο... Παράγγειλαμε δύο καφέδες απογευματάκι κ ήρθαν σε μια ώρα, χωρίς ίχνος πάγου κ αφρού... Κανονικά δεν έπρεπε να τους παραλάβω το μετάνιωσα.... Απλά δεν θα παραγγείλω πάλι...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά απαράδεκτοι! Παράγγειλα από το efood , έναν cappuccino, ο οποίος ήταν σαν γαλλικός, χωρίς κρέμα. Όταν πήρα να το πω η "κύρια"(ο θεός να τη κάνει) με έβγαλε τρελή. Της είπα να έρθει κάποιος να το παραλάβει, ώστε να το δει. Μου μίλαγε στον ενικό και φώναζε, ότι δεν με πιστεύει αφού εκείνη τον έφτιαξε. Μάλλον όταν την προσέλαβαν δεν της έμαθαν πως μιλάμε σε έναν πελάτη. Φυσικά μετά από αυτή την επίθεση την έβρισα. Δεν υπάρχει κάποιος υπεύθυνος να ακούσει πως μίλησε; Απορώ πως δουλεύουν τέτοια άτομα και παίρνουν στον λαιμό τους και το μαγαζί...
Just unacceptable! I ordered from efood, a cappuccino, which was like French, without cream. When I got to say it the "lady" (god forbid) made me crazy. I told her to come and pick it up so she could see it. He spoke to me in the singular and shouted that he did not believe me after she made it. Probably when they hired her they did not teach her that we were talking to a client. Of course after this attack I cursed her. Is there no one in charge to hear how he spoke? I wonder how such people work and take the store by the throat ...
