★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστέρι δεν σχετίζεται με την ποιότητα του καφέ ή την ταχύτητα αποστολής! Η παραγγελία έγινε στις 9:29 και ο χρόνος παράδοσης ήταν σε 25 λεπτά (e food). Οι καφέδες ήρθαν στις στις 9:45 (στο τέταρτο ). Γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση μεν, ωστόσο δεν ήμασταν υποχρεωμένοι να ανταποκριθούμε άμεσα καθώς βρισκόμαστε σε σχολείο και υπολογίζουμε εσκεμμένα τον χρόνο..δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα να ανταποκριθούμε στην παραγγελία νωρίτερα απ' το αναμενόμενο. Ο κύριος που έφερε τους καφέδες ήταν αγενής, υπονοώντας ότι φταίμε που δεν βγήκαμε στην ώρα μας, ενώ η καθορισμένη ώρα ήταν 9:55. Επιπλέον επέλεξα να πληρώσω ακριβώς 3.40€ χωρίς να αφήσω μπουρμπουαρ και φεύγοντας παρατήρησα μορφασμό δυσαρέσκειας. Επομένως μπορεί ο καφές να ήταν πολύ καλός, όμως η εξυπηρέτηση είναι το παν ! Ευχαριστώ!
One star is not related to coffee quality or shipping speed! The order was placed at 9:29 and the delivery time was 25 minutes (e food). The coffees came at 9:45 (in the fourth). Fast service, however, we were not obliged to respond immediately as we are at school and deliberately calculate the time..it is not possible to respond to the order earlier than expected. The gentleman who brought the coffees was rude, implying that it was our fault that we did not go out on time, while the set time was 9:55. In addition, I chose to pay exactly 3.40 € without leaving a bubble and leaving I noticed a grimace of dissatisfaction. So the coffee may have been great, but the service is everything! Thanks!
