★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is unparalleled - kind, polite, and warm-hearted; everyone here knows what they are doing. I have been a fan of the owner’s since his previous establishment, and Almyros is very lucky to have the wonderful Colibri. I always look forward to going there when I am in town, and their food and drinks are all excellent (I especially love the chicken club sandwich which is the best in Greece, and their cocktails using local and domestic ingredients are highly inspired (and would do well in NYC). I highly recommend going to this gem of a cafe/bar/restaurant. Thank you to the owner and staff for their high quality service! They also helped us find a taxi in a moment of need. Ten stars.
