Κολλάει συνέχεια μόλις πας να κάνεις την πληρωμή και δεν ξέρεις αν έχει γίνει η παραγγελία ή αν την έχει πάρει το σύστημα πάνω από μία φορά. Το επιβεβαιωτικο mail δεν έρχεται ποτέ οπότε και δεν έχεις εικόνα της παραγγελίας σου. Πήρα 3 φορές στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και παρότι ήταν ευγενικά τα παιδιά μου είπαν όλοι το ίδιο ότι έχει σταλεί το αίτημα και περιμένουν απάντηση. Είναι κρίμα γιατί έχει καλές προσφορές και χάνουν έτσι πελάτες. The site is unacceptable. It keeps crashing as soon as you go to make the payment and you do not know if the order has been placed or if the system has taken it more than once. The confirmation mail never arrives so you do not have a picture of your order. I called the call center 3 times and although they were kind the kids all told me the same thing that the request has been sent and they are waiting for an answer. It is a pity because it has good offers and so they lose customers.

Πήρα τηλ την Πέμπτη μου είπατε θα με καλέσει το αρμόδιο τμήμα.. ακόμα με καλούν. Σήμερα 10 φορές τηλέφωνο έχουν εξαφανιστεί άπαντες δεν απαντάει κανένας Αν δεν μπορείτε να εξυπηρετήσετε τόσο μεγάλο όγκο αγοραστών κατεβάστε την σελίδα σας και μην κοροϊδεύετε τον κόσμο Unacceptable you did not update the order. An email something that is available the order that something was sent to know what is happening. I called on Thursday and you told me that the competent department would call me ... they are still calling me. Today 10 times the phone has disappeared all but no one answers If you can not serve such a large volume of buyers download your page and do not fool the world

Γίνεται άμεση πληρωμή προϊόντος με κάρτα χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση για την κατάσταση παραγγελίας,έστω ότι έχει ληφθεί υπ'όψιν. Στέλνω μέιλ στην εξυπηρέτηση απάντησαν άμεσα ευτυχώς κι με ενημέρωσαν ότι λόγω τεχνικού προβλήματος δεν έγινε η εν λόγω ενημέρωση παραγγελίας. Περνάνε οι μέρες κι δεν έχω λάβει καμία περαιτέρω ενημέρωση, παίρνω τηλέφωνο το κατάστημα η κοπέλα με ενημερώνει,σε ένα περιβάλλον φασαρίες, ότι οι παραγγελίες αργούν λόγω κορονοϊού. Σήμερα 27 Ιανουαρίου δεν έχω λάβει καμία ενημέρωση για το προϊόν που έχω προπληρώσει(ύψους 100€). Αυτό που θέλω να κατακρίνω λοιπόν είναι η έλλειψη ενημέρωσης-εξυπηρέτησης. Εν έτει 2021 δεν υπάρχει ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα που να μην σε ενημερώνει για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα στηριζόμενο στην φήμη των φυσικών καταστημάτων του ενδεχομένως,δεν δίνει βαρύτητα στους πελάτες του ηλεκτρονικού , επομένως ούτε στην ενίσχυση υπηρεσιών του τελευταίου. Τα δεδομένα αλλάζουν ωστόσο κι όπως φαίνεται το μέλλον είναι τα ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα, για αυτό κι παραθέτω την εμπειρία μου για να επισπεύσω τον εκσυγχρονισμό των καταστημάτων που αρνούνται να συμμορφωθούν με τα σημερινά δεδομένα . Δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένη , δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπαραγγείλω,ευελπιστώ για την βελτίωση των υπηρεσιών ωστόσο. January 18th. The days go by and I have not received any further information, I call the store and the girl informs me, in a noisy environment, that orders are late due to coronavirus. Today, January 27, I have not received any information about the product I have prepaid (amounting to € 100). So what I want to criticize is the lack of information-service. In the year 2021 there is no online store that does not inform you about the progress of the order. This particular store, based on the reputation of its physical stores, may not give weight to the customers of the electronics, therefore neither does it support the services of the latter. However, the data is changing and as it seems the future is the online stores, that is why I am quoting my experience to accelerate the modernization of the stores that refuse to comply with the current data. I was not happy, I am not going to order again, I hope for the improvement of the services however.

Τόσα παράπονα και δεν έχουν αξιωθεί να αλλάξουν σε ασφαλή τα emails διότι πηγαίνουν σε spam... Έτυχα και το είδα και επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα ψυχικού όπου έδειξα το πιστοποιητικό και ταυτότητα τα οποία είχα σε ψηφιακή μορφή. Ένας καραφλός κύριος με μούσια απαντά οτι θέλει την ίδια την ταυτότητα. Ότι μπορεί να το έχω αλλάξει με photoshop για να τους ξεγελασω... Για να συλλέξω μία παραγγελία σε κατάστημα ρούχων! Και τον ρωτάω το πιστοιποιητικό που είναι σε ψηφιακή μορφή γιατί το δέχεστε? Ωστόσο επέμεινε και δεν με άφησαν! I read various comments about the lack of information on the progress of the order. Η κυρία στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο του eshop ευγενέστατη και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική. Παρά τις καιρικές δυσκολίες που υπήρχαν, η ενημέρωση ήταν συνεχής και δεν καθυστέρησε η παραγγελία, όπως περίμενα. Σίγουρα θα πραγματοποιήσω κι άλλες αγορές. I had read the negative reviews and wondered if I would proceed with the order. The lady in the call center of the eshop is very kind and very helpful. Despite the weather difficulties, the information was continuous and the order was not delayed, as I expected. I will definitely make other purchases.
