What's worse is the courier away from this company, 1) the girl at the call center is not friendly at all, 2) parcel for Piraeus every Friday, I waited two weeks for delivery.

S	Silver Dust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το βιβλιο μου συσκευστηκε στις 9/4/21 για να φυγει για παραδοση...Σημερα 28/5 πηρα τον εκδοτικο γτ δευτερα αρχιζει η εξεταστικη κ μου ειπαν οτι δεν με βρηκαν και επιστραφηκε. Δεν ηρθαν ποτε, ουτε πηραν τηλεφωνο ουτε αφησαν ειδοποίηση. Στον εκδοτικο μου ειπαν οτι ολοι ειχαν το ιδιο προβλημα. My book was packed on 9/4/21 to leave for delivery ... Today 28/5 I got the publishing house because on Monday the examination starts and they told me that they did not find me and it was returned. They never came, nor did they pick up the phone or leave a notice. I was told in the publishing house that everyone had the same problem.

Δύο φορές με πήραν τηλ για να με βρουν κ οι δύο κύριοι που μίλησα πραγματικά πολύ ευγενικοί. Σπάνιο πλέον για εταιρεία κουριερ. Μπράβο. Και γρήγοροι. Today I was served by this company for the first time. The Cypriot guide who made my tradition exceptional and very noble. Twice they called me to find me and the two gentlemen I spoke to were really kind. Rare now for a courier company. Well done. And fast.

Είχαμε πάρει δύο τηλέφωνα, δύο διαφορετικά άτομα, για την ίδια παραγγελία μέσα στο ίδιο δεκάλεπτο!! Στον έναν είπαν ότι επιστρέφουν το βιβλίο στον εκδοτη και στον άλλον ότι θα το ξαναστείλουν αύριο μέχρι τις 3!! Κανουν με το ζόρι μια κλήση και φεύγουν δεν χτυπάνε καν το κουδούνι και σου λένε μετά εσύ φταις που δεν το πήρες Traders. Όμως χωρίς να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου άφησαν το πακέτο μου (2 κινητά από banggood) σε άλλη διεύθυνση (γειτονικό μου ψιλικατζίδικο) που θα μπορούσαν να μην μου το δώσουν κι εγώ να ψάχνω να βγάλω άκρη με το τι έγινε η παραγγελία μου. Το λες κι ανευθυνότητα. I can not say, very fast! But without contacting me, they left my package (2 mobile phones from banggood) at another address (my neighboring convenience store) that they might not give it to me and I was looking to get rid of what my order was. You say it irresponsibly.
