A	Anastasia Stanoudi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα Παρασκευή μεσημέρι στις 15:00 ένα ζευγάρι δερμάτινα ανατομικά μποτάκια που τα έψαχνα σχεδόν 1 χρόνο να τα πετύχω σε καλή τιμή. Ζήτησα να μου επιβεβαιώσουν ότι θα στείλουν το σωστό χρώμα και όχι ένα παραπλήσιο. Σάββατο πρωί κατά τις 11 με πήραν τηλέφωνο, πολύ φιλική και χαρούμενη φωνή να μου επιβεβαιώσει ότι και το χρώμα και το νούμερο είναι τα σωστά και ότι η παραγγελία μου φεύγει από Ξάνθη την ίδια μέρα. Δευτέρα μεσημέρι στις 1 τα είχα παραλάβει στην πόρτα μου στην Σκιάθο με ACS, χωρίς έξοδα αποστολής και αντικαταβολής!! Τα μποτάκια είναι σε άψογη κατάσταση, σε original συσκευασία και με ένα έξτρα επιπλέον ζευγάρι κορδόνια σε άλλο χρώμα. Σίγουρα θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω αν έχουν το προϊόν που θέλω σε καλή τιμή, αλλά από εδώ και στο εξής θα κοιτάζω και την ιστοσελίδα τους για να πάρω ιδέες για άλλα ανατομικά παπούτσια. Πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Σπάνια αγοράζω παπούτσια διαδικτυακά (τα συγκεκριμένα τα είχα δοκιμάσει σε φυσικό κατάστημα πριν από ένα χρόνο στην Αθήνα και μου είχαν καρφωθεί στο μυαλό..) αλλά από αυτό το κατάστημα ίσως να έπαιρνα και κάτι που δεν θα είχα δοκιμάσει πριν. Μου φάνηκαν πολύ επαγγελματίες. I ordered a pair of leather anatomical boots that I was looking for almost 1 year to get at a good price, on Friday afternoon at 15:00. I asked them to confirm that they would send the right color and not a similar one. Saturday morning at 11 they called me, very friendly and happy voice to confirm that both the color and the number are correct and that my order leaves Xanthi the same day. Monday afternoon at 1 I had received them at my door in Skiathos with ACS, without shipping and cash on delivery !! The boots are in perfect condition, in original packaging and with an extra extra pair of laces in another color. I will definitely prefer them again if they have the product I want at a good price, but from now on I will look at their website to get ideas for other anatomical shoes. Very pleasant experience. I rarely buy shoes online (I had tried the specifics in a physical store a year ago in Athens and they were on my mind ..) but from this store I might get something that I would not have tried before. They seemed very professional to me.

Χρειάστηκε να ζητήσω αλλαγή, γιατί παρήγγειλα λάθος νούμερο, και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα. Οι κυρίες στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ήταν ευγενέστατες. I have already ordered three times from this store. I am absolutely happy. Fast service, careful packaging. I had to ask for a change, because I ordered the wrong number, and they responded immediately. The ladies at the call center were very polite.

Έκανα την παραγγελία πρωί και την επόμενη ημέρα τα είχα! Η ποιότητα ήταν φοβερή και από τότε έχω παραγγείλει ακόμη 2 φορές. Θα ήθελα να καταφέρω να τους επισκεφτώ από κοντά και να δω την ποικιλία των προιόντων τους. Ευχαριστώ πολύ Comfort Shoes! Immediate service and very friendly staff! I rarely buy shoes online but my experience was great. I placed the order in the morning and the next day I had it! The quality was awesome and since then I have ordered 2 more times.
