★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credit-card fraud! Do not hesitate to dispute the charges with your bank if they charge your card without your consent. They are total thieves, stealing from credit cards and refusing to apologize and give refunds. They think that they have absolute control over people and full access to their bank accounts once they obtain their credit-card numbers. Yelling and screaming is their only mode of communication! Pure lunacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, modern hotel that's close to the beach and the center of the town, very polite staff, COVID-19 protocols are strictly held, pleasant rooms, great pool area on the roof, adequate breakfast, relatively economical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely clean modern hotel. Very friendly staff. About 5 minutes walk from the sea front in Kalamata where most of the Tavernas and restaurants are. Breakfast was plentiful and it really added to our relaxation that it was served until 10:30. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Very strictly following covid guidelines, I got a telling off a couple times for not standing far enough away.
Everything was very clean and breakfast was decent.
Fantastic location, super close to the beach, and about 20 min walk to the centre.
Room was nice, really comfy bed and amazing shower pressure which is uncommon for hotels here.
Great sized room & balcony, had everything we needed.
Pool area is stunning, very clean, towels provided, staff checking to see if you need more drinks etc.
The only complains we had was the brightness of the room. For sure worth investing in some decent curtains / blind / shutter - impossible to make the room dark enough to get a good sleep - with the addition of the bright green glowing key card holder, and the bright blue phone light - all in all ruined the room completely, massive disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a few days in 2019 with two others. The hotel is in a great location with lots of things to do nearby. They offer a huge range of complimentary breakfast options, the room was clean, comfy and air-conditioned and the rooftop pool is a great amenity - special thanks to the manager who let us stay up there at night! The staff are really friendly and helpful - they answered our questions every day about local attractions, explained directions to us and even organised a cab for us twice with a reliable driver. The hotel was fantastic value, giving us more than we expected. Would love to come back here when things open up again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the hotel for an one night stop in the area. The rooms are cozy, at a good shape, super clean, dark enough in the night and quiet. The mattresses could have been better but this did not have a huge impact on the experience. The staff (especially George at the reception) extremely welcoming and friendly. The pool on the rooftop is well maintained and the amenities are at a good shape. The hotel is nicely located with the beach, the main venues and the city center all in walking distance. Will definitely consider again if we are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only stayed one night at the Comfy Hotel Kalamata, Peloponnese, Greece but it was a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Kalamata on 5-10 mins walk to the beach and the port. The hotel is modern clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, breakfast included in the room price was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice, savoury choices and fresh bread and fruit, meat and cheese. The hotel also has a beautiful pool on the roof with beautiful views of the mountains.
