★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ ευχαριστημενος, πηγα τον εκτυπωτη μου για βλαβη και μου τον επιδιορθωσαν γρηγορα και οικονομικα. Το σημαντικοτερο ομως ειναι οτι με γλυτωσαν απο αγορα νεου εκτυπωτη!!! Επιπλεον μου απαντησαν σε αποριες που ειχα σχετικα με τουε εκτυπωτής και μου ειπαν τι να προσεξω.Τους ευχαριστω πολυ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν είχα πάει στο computer Lab, για το κινητο μου με σπασμένη οθόνη χωρίς καποιο άλλο ελάττωμα την στιγμή που μου το παράδωσαν το κινητό, βρηκα το ηχείο με το όποιο συνομιλείς στις κλήσεις να είναι χαλασμένο. Το επέστρεψα πίσω και με εξυπηρέτησαν και είπαν ότι δεν θα με χρεώσουν για το λάθος του και ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και μέσα στις επόμενες ημέρες θα το παραλάβω. Μετά από 4 ημέρες, με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο και μου λένε να έρθω να το παραλάβω χωρίς να το επισκευάσουν τελικά. Στο τηλέφωνο εξέφρασαν, ότι εγώ τους το έδωσα το ηχείο ελαττωματικό και αμα θέλω να το φτιάξουν να πληρώσω και να μου κανουν έκπτωση.

I returned it and they served me and said that they would not charge me for his mistake and he was very kind and in the next few days I will receive it. After 4 days, they call me and tell me to come and pick it up without finally repairing it. On the phone they said that I gave them the speaker defective and if I want to fix it I have to pay and get a discount.
