Θ	ΘΟΔΩΡΗΣ ΝΙΚΟΛΑΪΔΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω κάποια προβλήματα με την εσωτερική πόρτα που παρήγγειλα και τοποθέτησαν. Ενώ το κλειδί πρέπει να γυρνάει κανονικά δύο φορές στο κλείδωμα, όταν κλείνω την πόρτα και προσπαθώ να κλειδώσω γυρνάει μόνο μία φορά. Επίσης ενώ είχαμε πει ότι το πλάτος θα είναι στα 65 εκατοστά τελικά την έφεραν στα 60 εκατοστά. Τα προβλήματα υπήρχαν κι από την αρχή στην επικοινωνία, με αποτέλεσμα να ζητήσουμε την ακύρωση της παραγγελίας σε περίπτωση που δεν είχε ξεκινήσει ακόμα η κατασκευή της πόρτας από το εργοστάσιο. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν ήξεραν σε ποιο στάδιο βρισκόταν η πόρτα αλλά αν ακυρώναμε θα χάναμε την προκαταβολή που είχαμε δώσει!!!! Θα κρατούσαν τα λεφτά μας με το έτσι θέλω δηλαδή ακόμη και αν δεν είχε ξεκινήσει η κατασκευή της πόρτας από το εργοστάσιο!!!!Δεν θα μας τα επέστρεφαν!!!! Δυστυχώς δεν μπορούσα να αντιδράσω και δέχτηκα να προχωρήσει η παραγγελία με όλα τα προβλήματα της φοβούμενος για τα λεφτά μου που είχα προκαταβάλει και λόγω ότι περιμέναμε νέο μέλος στην οικογένεια και με ετοιμογεννη γυναίκα δεν επιτρεπόταν εντάσεις. Τέλος ένα σοβατισματακι που μου είπαν ότι θα γίνει γιατί έπεσε τοίχος κατά το βγάλσιμο της παλιάς πόρτας εννοείται ότι δεν το έκαναν ποτέ. I have some problems with the inner door that I ordered and installed. While the key should normally turn twice on the lock, when I close the door and try to lock it it only turns once. Also while we had said that the width will be at 65 cm they finally brought it to 60 cm. The problems existed from the beginning in the communication, as a result of which we requested the cancellation of the order in case the construction of the door had not yet started by the factory. The answer was that they did not know what stage the door was at but if we canceled we would lose the deposit we had given !!!! They would keep our money with what I want, that is, even if the construction of the door had not started from the factory !!!! They would not return it to us !!!! Unfortunately I could not react and I accepted the order to proceed with all its problems for fear of my money that I had prepaid and because we were expecting a new member in the family and with a woman ready to be born tensions were not allowed. Finally, a plaster cast that I was told would be made because a wall fell when the old door was taken out, of course they never did.

Η ανταπόκριση του τεχνικού ήταν άμεση και σε λίγες ώρες ήταν στο σπίτι για να δει αν μπορούσε να προχωρήσει σε επισκευή ή αλλαγή του ρολού. Το πρώτο θετικότατο στοιχείο ήταν οτι ο τεχνικός, στον καιρό της πανδημίας, ήρθε με μάσκα ως έπρεπε αλλά εκτός αυτού φόρεσε και πλαστικά καλύματα στα παπουτσια του, όπως οι γιατροι στις ΜΕΘ, για να προφυλάξει τον πελάτη του, απόδειξη ορθότατου επαγγελματισμού. Είδε με προσοχή το προβλημα και πρότεινε την μοναδική λύση που υπήρχε σε αυτό. Αφου συμφωνήθηκε η αλλαγη του ρολού υπήρξε πλήρης ενημέρωσή μου πριν έρθει για την τοποθέτηση του νέου που έγινε πριν την καθορισμενη ημέρα που συμφωνήθηκε. Η εργασία ήταν άψογη και με απάλλαξε και απο το χαλασμένο ρολό και ολα τα σκουπίδια που δημιουργήθηκαν απο την αλλαγή. Αξίζει λοιπόν το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και τα 5 αστέρια της αξιολόγησης για τον επαγγελματισμό τους και την ποιότητα της εργασίας τους, οπότε τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. I used this company to change a roll on the balcony door of my apartment. The technician's response was immediate and in a few hours he was home to see if he could repair or change the roll. The first very positive element was that the technician, in the time of the pandemic, came with a mask as he should, but he also wore plastic covers on his shoes, like the doctors in the ICU, to protect his client, a proof of true professionalism. He looked carefully at the problem and suggested the only solution to it. After the change of the roll was agreed, I was fully informed before it came about the placement of the new one, which took place before the specified day that was agreed. The work was impeccable and relieved me of the damaged roll and all the rubbish created by the change. So this store is worth the 5 stars of the rating for their professionalism and the quality of their work, so I highly recommend them.

The guy in terms of communication was immediate and my job was done the same day. Pure fast polite and although I do not have an opinion on the price it seemed very reasonable without doing research. I will call him again for anything else I need!
