★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι υπάλληλοι, τραγικά κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Γενικά, στη κρίση, αυτή η εταιρία δεν απέδειξε ότι τι νοιάζει ο πελάτης της. Συνάμα, προχωράμε σε άλλα καταστήματα τέτοιου είδους για τα ψώνια μας.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω συναντήσει ποτέ. Και αναφερομαι στο cook shop Χαλανδριου! Σε click away με ραντεβου, κλειδωμενη η πορτα του καταστηματος με την υπαλληλο να μην δινει καμια σημασια που περιμεναμε ωρα απ’εξω και οταν ηρθε στην πορτα την ανοιξε με τα χιλια ζορια για να συνεννοηθουμε. Στο τελος μας παρεδωσαν για αγορα χυτρας που ειχαμε παραγγειλει εκθεσιακο προιον με ταλαιπωρημενη συσκευασια, που μονο λασπες δεν ειχε στο καπακι χωρις καμια προτερη ενημερωση! Πληρωσαμε κανονικα για καινουριο προιον πανω απο 200€ και μας παρεδωσαν οτι πιο παλιο και ταλιπωρημενο τους ειχε ξεμεινει! Ο χαρακτηρισμος απαραδεκτοι ειναι πραγματικα λιγος για το συγκεκριμενο μαγαζι!
The worst service I have ever encountered. And I am referring to the cook shop of Chalandri! In a click away by appointment, the door of the store was locked with the employee not giving any importance that we had been waiting for a while outside and when she came to the door she opened it with a thousand efforts to communicate. In the end they delivered us for the purchase of a pot that we had ordered an exhibition product with damaged packaging, which only had no mud on the lid without any prior notice! We normally paid for a new product over € 200 and they handed us what was older and worn out! The rating is unacceptable is really little for this particular store!
