Gentleman was waiting for me at the airport and everything went smoothly. Loved every second of my trip. This company was attentive and great at communicating with me when I had questions. Highly recommend!
C	Craig Steinberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Late to show up to the port. Only one person working the desk. Seemed lost. Waited a long time... Credit card machine wasn't working and they took a picture of our card to charge at some remote office. Car was dented, had a broken light, was filthy and smelled awful. To add insult to injury it had no gas in it. It was on empty and they expected is to go fuel it up. That was with a reservation. We ended up going to the place a few doors down with much better service.

Documentation process was simple and quick, with no hidden fees, while I also liked that guys from CoolCars took photos of the car at that moment and send them to me, so we had proof of initial state of the car to avoid any argument later on about the damages, this is what every rental company should do. I highly recommend their cars to everyone visiting Santorini.

We rented a Fiat 500C cambrio convertible and was perfect for touring the island. We packed like typical Americans and had to pop the top to put our big bag in the backseat! It was the only space it would fit. Easy pickup at the airport with the car waiting so you don’t have to shuttle to another office. Drop-off was perfect for us as it is located at the ferry port which was our return trip to Athens. Drop the car anywhere and take a picture of it and you are good to go. Note: they do prefer cash but we pressed and they accepted Visa as payment. We wanted the additional insurance that our CapitalOne Venture card offers. Would rent from them again!
