Ρωτωντας και αλλους πελατες ειχε γινει ακριβως το ιδιο,κατα την αναχωρηση μας ζητησανε να καθαρισουμε το κουζινακη γιατι δεν ηταν στη κρατηση η καθαριοτητα απο το ξενοδοχειο
The worst choice we have made in hotel behavior unacceptable. Reservation with breakfast was converted into simple booking.
Asking other customers was exactly the same, on departure they asked us to clean the kitchen because the cleanliness of the hotel was not booked

Clean and comfortable beds but very narrow rooms and air condition in a very wrong place, opposite our bed ...

Clean, perfectly equipped. Beautiful sea views, 3 minutes walk to downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento un po' piccolo ubicato al secondo piano. Tutto sommato, ottima posizione. Spiaggia a 50m nelle immediate vicinanze del centro. Dotato di a/c.
Ottima pulizia (Vera è davvero brava prodigandosi in tutto, sempre con il sorriso!). Colazione presso "il boutique" a 7,5€ con aranciata, caffelatte, brioches, salumi, pane, marmellata, uovo.
Personale simpatico ed alla mano.
Small apartment on the second floor. All in all, great location. Beach at 50m in the immediate vicinity of the center. Equipped with a / c.
Excellent cleaning (Vera is really good if she does everything, always with a smile!). Breakfast at "il boutique" for € 7.5 with orange juice, caffelatte, croissants, cold cuts, bread, jam, egg.
Friendly and approachable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό και πολύ καθαρό. Φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση καθ'ολη μας τη διαμονή. Καθημερινή φροντίδα και καθαριότητα. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, 20μ από την καλύτερη παραλία της Ιεράπετρας και 100μ από το κέντρο. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Excellent and very clean. Awesome service throughout our stay. Daily care and cleanliness. In a very good location, 20m from the best beach of Ierapetra and 100m from the center. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives first: great location, literally across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartments are clean and are nicely furnished. BUT: the rooms are tiny, itsy bitsy teeny weeny! Fine for one person for a couple of nights, not for longer. I have no idea where you would put a second suitcase. Also, terrible terrible insulation - or lack thereof - so you can hear your neighbours as if you all shared one room. Every flush of the WC, every running of the tap, every sneeze. This is just my opinion and may not bother you. I am looking for a different holiday experience.
