★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a walk around the smaller non-commercial port, especially on a Sunday when the local, senior personnel go for a dip in the sea together. For the fitter, try walking towards the end of the city runway, watch the planes landing and have a bite to eat in one of the restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many shops and cafes nearby. Great place to walk for a bit before taking the bus. Unfortunately the public toilets haven't worked for quite a while and are closed off. Buses are regular every 15mins on week days and 30-40mins during the weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to lose your way without Google Maps app, which saved my life in Corfu Town, where buildings have no numbers on them and it's impossible to find any address. But the place is lovely, preserved its local character, many students from the nearby university.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first square where we got from the New Port. There are stops of Blue Line Buses and red hop-on hop-off multi floored City Buses. You should be careful which one you take because many of buses don’t have their numbers or destination. A daily ticket for every line of Blue Line Buses costs 5 euros.
