One of our party came down with an illness and they were quick to respond and provide local treatment and also treatment at the nearest hospital. All services was provided including transport and drop-offs. This also included follow on care the next day too with all collection and drop-off.
Overall, this was an excellent service provided by the medical centre which stayed willing to help throughout our dilemma. I truly would recommend them for any needs that you have during any holiday stay.
Our insurance had an excess that had to be paid to the clinic prior to treatment, but this is very normal and not in any way the fault of the clinic it’s just how things are done, and well documented in any travel insurance policy.
They nearby pharmacy was also a great help and showed a great willingness to help. Costs of prescriptions are also very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really they can arrange directly with insurance company and no payment was needed. The doctor was so kind an gave us injection for diarrhea and against vomit. We got prescription and advised us what to eat. He is available 0-24 on emergency line.
