Hi,
I’m writing to report a driver whose bus we rode on 16 June 2018 from Isthmos to Neapoli (departing at 5.15pm, the last bus of that day). The driver was on his phone much of the journey, drove irresponsibly, using high speeds on small, curvy roads, and my girlfriend was road sick for the entire journey. On a number of occasions, the driver came close to hitting a person or animal on the road before jerking away at the last minute. We’ve taken this bus in the past and it has been very pleasant, so we thought it was important to report this driver before any accident occurs.

The busses on the other hand are in most cases decent, clean, and on-time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with the service: the bus left 10 minutes earlier from Athens without any prior notification . The only option left is to wait for the next bus. This can cause serious travel planning issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok yeah. I don't really use this ssrvice that much but to be honest i'll try to describe it as closer to reallity as i can.
Service in the station: Service (ticket service) is quite good from a lady that she makes her job quite fast but she is always there to help you.
An actuall station does not rly exists so you have to wait under the sun (wich sucks if its summer time).
Bus Service: Big travel buses are beeing used most of the time so that makes the boarding really hard especially for people with visual or walking problems.
In general the service provided by the bus and the drivers is 5/5 stars but the station service almost does not exists. Also the buses are almost always late from 2 to 10 minutes or a lot of times they have a departure way before the scedule. I am trying to avoid using the "public bus" so you should take a taxi. It makes your life way easyer or just use an Uber Taxi!
