Amazing job!!!

Absolute disappointment. Nevertheless the reviews that I had read before, I thought that it will be serious clinic with true professionals. Now can say that this is a scam and regret of visiting.After agreeing on procedures ( where they are pushing the peeling procedure, but that’s alright if everything is truly working), they make you to pay before the therapy (giving receipt after the treatment), only afterwards escorting to room, where are very young girls, who are chewing the gum while doing the treatment. No hat placed on my hair, only cleaning the face with antiseptic, then with diamond tool rubbed face and on that dry face with metallic tool did the treatment by pushing black pores and then again using antiseptic. (If it’s facial cleaning, shouldn’t neck and decolte should also be cleaned, moisturized, opening/closing pores, towels covering body, relaxing atmosphere, asked how I’m taking care of my skin, what products using?) ,dermatologist that we spoke at the beginning came to apply peeling on my face, my skin was all burning,and then offered to come to the sink, wash my hands with soap and to rinse with a water by myself face(???!!! Service at it’s best!). After another girl came to apply moisturizing cream and sunscreen. That’s all. Have never experienced such poor service, have never wrote a bad review, but this is out of words! My face now is like teenager with acne( writing review after 2 days of treatment), for sure not vivid, rejuvenated, but looking horrible. Please,stay away from this place!

I had a botox treatment in May 2019. The result was great and lasted quite a long time. The clinic looks clean and staff was very friendly and professional. The price for a botox treatment is quite competitive compared to other European countries. If one day I visit Thessaloniki again, I'd definitely go back to this clinic to get the same treatment.
