★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant! The gym is spacious with high ceilings, light and very well equipped. The staff are extremely welcoming and make you feel comfortable no matter the age or level of fitness. They will devise fitness programmes on an individual basis which challenge you but will be sensitive to your needs and level of fitness. They will advise you on how best to complete exercises to avoid injury and achieve the best possible results. The atmosphere is lovely and everybody is obviously enjoying their workouts. I would highly recommend it even if you are in the area and simply want to find a place to work out away from home.

First of all you have a membership for alone training but you can participate in any group training without additional costs - but the best of all it’s like you have a personal trainer above you… The best in the area a recommend it….
And of course last but not least the atmosphere is more then perfect
