V	Viktoras Iliopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγείλαμε δύο φρέντο τα οποια ήταν υπέρ του δέοντος πικρά είτε λόγω ακαθάριστης μηχανής είτε λόγω μόλις καθαρισμένης μηχανής (όπου οι πρώτοι 2 καφέδες πρέπει να πετιούνται γιατί έχουν την πίκρα απ΄το φάρμακο) και ζητήσαμε πολύ ευγενικά να μας φτιάξουν άλλα. Η σερβιτόρα είπε ναι χωρίς να προειδοποιήσει ότι θα τα χρεωνόμασταν. Έρχονται οι καφέδες της λέμε "ελπίζουμε να μη σε βάλαμε σε κόπο" και λέει "κανένας κόπος απλά θα τα πληρώσετε"...Μιλάω στον barman και μου λέει "σκέτους δε θέλατε;" (άλλο σκέτος άλλο πικρός μέχρι καούρας). Του εξηγώ την κατάσταση και μου απαντάει πως αυτή είναι η πολιτική του καταστήματος απ'το αφεντικό "ό,τι βγαίνει πληρώνεται". Σεβαστό! Απλά επειδή δεν ευθύνονται οι υπάλληλοι για την γραμμή του ιδιοκτήτη του είπα να μεταφέρει πως αυτό είναι αντί επαγγελματικό και προκαλεί δυσαρέσκεια και δυσφήμιση. Σε περίπτωση που δεν έχει μεταφερθεί το μεταφέρω εγώ εδώ. We ordered two frendos which were too bitter either due to a dirty machine or just a cleaned machine (where the first 2 coffees have to be thrown away because they have the bitterness of medicine) and we kindly asked them to make us more. The waitress said yes without warning that we would charge them. Her coffees come and we say "we hope we didn't bother you" and she says "no effort will just pay you" ... I talk to the barman and he says "you just didn't want to?" (another plain another bitter to heartburn). I explain the situation to him and he answers that this is the policy of the store by the boss "everything that comes out is paid". Respected! Just because the employees are not responsible for the owner's line, I told him to convey that this is instead of professional and causes dissatisfaction and defamation. In case it has not been transferred, I will transfer it here.
M	Matoula Licha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εσωτερικα ζεστος χωρος..το ξυλο κυριαρχει κι αυτο ειναι θετικο...ζητησα ενα λευκο ξηρο, η κοπελα (πολυ ευγενικη αλλα απειρη κατα τα αλλα) μου εφερε caramelo. Ζητησα εκ νεου ξηρο..δεν ειχαν μπουκαλακι οπως με ενημερωσαν. Εν τελει καταφεραμε να βρουμε ενα ποτηρι λευκο...ζεστο. Ηταν τραγικο??? Μπορει οντως σαν συμβαν να μην μοιαζει τραγικο...αλλα ελεος ρε παιδια...γιατι βασιζεστε μονο στον καφε...σε ενα γρηγορο προχειρο καφε κι υστερα εξω απο την πορτα?? Ενα λευκο κρασι ζητηθηκε κι αυτο δεν υπηρχε..στο κεντρο της Αμαλιαδας, σε ενα ζεστο κ φιλοξενο κατα τα αλλα χωρο..δυστυχως δεν υπαρχουν δειγματα εξελιξης..τα ιδια κ τα ιδια. Indoors warm place .. wood dominates and this is positive ... I asked for a white dry, my girlfriend (very kind but infinite at other times) caramelo. I asked again to dry .. they had no bottle as they informed me. In the end we managed to find a glass of white ... hot. Was it tragic ??? It may actually look like something tragic happened ... but dear children ... why rely solely on coffee ... on a quick coffee and then out the door ?? A white wine was requested and it did not exist..in the center of Amaliada, in a warm and hospitable place ... unfortunately there are no samples of evolution .. in and of itself.
