S	Stam Akis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο τηλέφωνο δεν απαντάνε καθόλου. Ήρθε μια παραγγελία και δέκα μέρες ήταν εκεί χωρίς να ενημερώσουν ή να έρθουν να την παραδώσουν στο σπίτι. Όλοι έξω από το κατάστημα εξαγριωμένοι για τις υπηρεσίες τους. Αναφέρομαι στο κατάστημα που εξυπηρετεί την couriee center δηλαδή την speedex. Παρόλα αυτά το tracking number λέει την εταιρεία σας που δεν υπάρχει και δεν φέρνει τα δέματα στα σπίτια. They do not answer the phone at all. An order came and she was there for ten days without informing or coming to deliver it home. Everyone outside the store is furious about their services. I am referring to the store that serves the couriee center, ie the speedex. However, the tracking number tells your company that it does not exist and does not bring the parcels home.
E	ELENA PAPADOPOULOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η cosmo sport λέει ότι έστειλαν το δέμα,η courier στα Τρίκαλα λένε ότι πρέπει να μου το έφεραν και από τα κεντρικά τους στην Αθήνα με ρωτάνε αν θυμάμαι ποσά δέματα πηρα πριν ενάμιση μήνα…μια συγκεκριμένη μέρα.Τρεχαγυρευοπουλος δηλαδή!Θα το κοιτάξουμε λέει….Το δέμα δεν το παρέλαβα ποτέ αλλά πραγματικά με κούρασαν τόσο πολύ με την ανοργανωσιά τους που δεν έχω ορεξη να ασχοληθώ παραπέρα!!Ουτε συγνωμη,ούτε αποζημίωση για το χαμένο δέμα!!Τι να πω άλλο….. Cosmo sport says that they sent the parcel, the courier in Trikala says that they should have brought it to me and from their headquarters in Athens they ask me if I remember how many parcels I got a month and a half ago… a specific day. .I never received the parcel but they really tired me so much with their disorganization that I have no appetite to deal further !! Neither apology, nor compensation for the lost parcel !! What more can I say… ..

Οι υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι, πολλά μπράβο!!! Συνεχίστε έτσι!!! Immediate and fast service, I ordered from Athens on Monday and Wednesday I received. The employees of the store are very kind and very helpful, well done !!! Go on like this!!!
D	Dafni Prem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην δική μου περίπτωση δεν θα έβαζα ούτε ένα αστέρι. Πραγματικά τραγική η κατάσταση το δέμα μου ηταν δύο βδομάδες στο κατάστημα Τρικάλων και σήμερα το πήρα. Δεν θα ξανά προτιμήσω αυτήν την courier. Υπάρχει ανάγκη να πάρουν και άλλον οδηγό. In my case I would not put a single star. The situation in my parcel was really tragic for two weeks in the Trikala store and today I got it. I will not prefer this courier again. There is a need to get another driver.

Το δέμα μου είχε φτάσει και δεν ειχα καμια ενημέρωση, κάποιο μήνυμα στο κινητο με τον αριθμό αποστολής. Αν δεν έδειχνα εγω ενδιαφέρον να τους καλέσω δεν θα μάθαινα οτι το δέμα μου τελικα εχει φτάσει. Οι ίδιοι οι εργαζόμενοι δεν γνωρίζουν το ωράριο του καταστήματος, μου ειπαν στο τηλέφωνο οτι κλείνουν 5-9, πηγα στις 3 παρα 20 και ηταν κλειστό. Πραγματικά θα εκτιμούσα πολυ να προσθέσετε το πραγματικό σας ωραριο στο Google για να γνωρίζει ο κοσμος τις ωρες που παραμένετε ανοιχτό! Και να σημειώσω οτι ακομα περιμενω να με ειδοποιήσουν οτι εχει φτάσει το δέμα μου με κάποιο μνμ και εχει περάσει μια εβδομάδα απο την μερα άφιξη του! Δεν θα ξανά προτιμήσω την συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική. Πραγματικά απογοητευτικό! The worst metaphor! I had picked up from the store. My parcel had arrived and I had no information, a message on my cell phone with the shipping number. If I had not shown interest in calling them I would not have learned that my parcel has finally arrived. The employees themselves do not know the store hours, they told me on the phone that they close 5-9, I went at 3 para 20 and it was closed. I would really appreciate adding your real schedule to Google so that people know the hours you are open! And to note that I am still waiting to be notified that my parcel has arrived with some mmm and a week has passed since its arrival! I will not prefer this particular transport again. Really disappointing!
