Nice, youthful, welcoming studio! Thoma helps with everything she needs! I stayed for almost a year and am absolutely delighted!

Thomas came up with solutions if anything needed doing and paying bills and rent was easy as bills were sent by email and we could see our share of power, water and internet at a glance. Νοικιάσαμε ένα από τα στούντιο για έξη μήνες για το γιο μου. Μείναμε και οι δυο πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από το σπίτι αλλά και το Θωμά , ο όποιος είναι φιλικός και λύνει όλα τα προβλήματα. Επίσης, όλοι οι λογαριασμοί έρχονται σε email στο τέλος του μήνα και έτσι μπορούσαμε να δούμε το μερίδιο μας στη τιμή του ρεύματος, του νερού και του ιντερνέτ εύκολα όποτε θέλαμε. Η διαμονή στα cozy studios ήταν καλή και η τιμή σίγουρα προσιτή. My son stayed at Cozy Studios for 6 months and both my son and I were completely satisfied - very good value. Thomas came up with solutions if anything needed and paying bills and rent was as easy as sending bills by email and we could see our share of power, water and internet at a glance. We rented one of the studios for six months for my son. We were both very happy with the house but also Thomas, who is friendly and solves all problems. Also, all bills come in email at the end of the month so we could easily see our share of electricity, water and the internet whenever we wanted. Accommodation at cozy studios was good and the price was definitely affordable.
E	Eleni Vlaxaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η διαμονή μου στα Cozy Studios υπήρξε εξαιρετική. Αρχικά, η συνεννόησή μου με τον κ. Θωμά ήταν άψογη, καθώς είναι ευγενικός, φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί. Το στούντιο στο οποίο διέμεινα ήταν επίσης πολύ καλό και κυρίως λειτουργικό, πλήρες ως προς την επίπλωση και ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Αυτό όμως που αξίζει περισσότερο είναι η βολική του τοποθεσία διότι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε 2 στάσεις λεωφορείου που για τα δεδομένα της Θεσσαλονίκης είναι απαραίτητα...είναι κοντά σε μια στάση του 10 στην παπαναστασιου και σε μια ακόμη του 11 στην παπαφη. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα οχι μόνο σε φοιτητές αλλα και σε ιδιώτες που αναζητούν κατι αντίστοιχο! My stay at Cozy Studios was great. Initially, my communication with Mr. Thomas was impeccable, as he is kind, friendly and willing to help with anything he needs. The studio I stayed in was also very good and mostly functional, complete in terms of furniture and very clean. But what is worth more is its convenient location because it is very close to 2 bus stops that for the data of Thessaloniki are necessary ... it is close to a stop of 10 in Papanastasiou and another of 11 in Papafi. I highly recommend it not only to students but also to individuals who are looking for something similar!
