★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer support! I brought my Lenovo laptop for a simple fix (put some glue and a screw) and got it back as it was although they told me they fixed. The building had two entrances but there was no sign which one was for customers. Their trucks were on the pavement and I had to walk in the road that was full of rain to get to my car which was 20 meters away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a Lenovo carbon X1 for service. The main display was not working but when I would connect a second screen the laptop was functional. The offer for the fix that I received was to pay 1100 € which of course I did not find reasonable and did not accept to proceed with the fix. However, that is no reason for a bad review. What made me write this is the fact that when I received back the laptop, it was in unusable state. The second monitor is now not working either and that makes the laptop useless.
