★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απάτη; Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους μέσω του site της ΔΕΗ, αφού, όπως φαίνεται, είναι επίσημος συνεργάτης τους. Τους έστειλα υπογεγραμμένη την αίτηση σύνδεσης/συμβόλαιο με τα δικαιολογητικά, και εδώ και 15 ημέρες είναι άφαντοι. Η ΔΕΗ δεν έχει ενημερωθεί ακόμη για την αίτησή μου.

A company that cares about people and has a working empathy! It is one of the few companies that you are happy to work for and that all employees, regardless of department, are very kind and helpful! I wish all employers followed her philosophy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάνουμε συνέντευξη, όλα καλά μας κάνετε θα σας πάρουμε....και μόλις λέω ότι είμαι έγκυος... άλλαξαν στάση, δεν μπορούμε να προχωρήσουμε λένε γιατί εσείς θα πρέπει μετά να πάρετε άδειες και να έχετε μειωμένο ωράριο. Λες και θα με πληρώσει από την τσέπη της η κοπέλα από το hr ούτε καν ένας ανώτερος κάτι.... Τραγικοί τουλάχιστον

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακό εργασιακό περιβάλλον. Η συνέντευξη ήταν πολύ φιλική, μου παρουσίασαν πολύ καλά την εταιρεία και τις παροχές της. Η πραγματικότητα είναι πως δουλεύεις συνεχώς μες στο άγχος και την ένταση, οι project managers χωρίς να φταίνει πιέζονται πολύ και ξεσπάνε στους εργαζόμενους με γκρίνια και παράπονα. Ο μισθός είναι ελάχιστος και δεν υπάρχουν bonus. Ένα περιβάλλον στο οποίο κυριαρχεί ο έλεγχος.

The training they are providing is a joke. 2 days fast track studying from around 25/30 photo copies and some kind of visual training from a projector to "learn the systems". No hands on training on the computer and the systems. First day at work. They think you're ready because you had training but you're not. Then they pressure you to sit and start accepting calls having 0 experience on the computer systems that you have to do 3 to 4 proceces. The Team Leader instead of spending time with you to give you guidance, tips, do some roleplay, anything that would help you get comfortable first day, she just sits at her office eating breakfast and sipping coffee on her mobile, and when you have questions you ask her she say's we can't do anything for the client. They pressure you to be quick answer calls file the entries in the systems. I served around 30 client calls, everyone has a problem but you as customer support can't do anything about it. Calls keep getting not served client calls more but in reality it's because he is not getting his problem fixed. But they produce fake numbers which in turn show to their client and displaying it in a way they seem to need more people funding or whatever to support better their projects and they grow as a company. Very bad overall. Wouldn't recommend.
