★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή τα καλά πρέπει να λέγονται και πολύ περισσότερο όταν υπάρξει πρόβλημα και υπάρξει ανάγκη για εξυπηρέτηση after sales. Να αναφέρω ότι παρήγγειλα ένα προιόν αρχές Ιανουαρίου, 5/1/2021. Το παρέλαβα άμεσα, περίπου σε 5 ημέρες. Στη δεύτερη χρήση υπήρξε βλάβη στο προιόν, χωρίς να υπάρχει ευθύνη απο το κατάστημα. Το προιόν είχε εγγύηση. Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και επικοινωνία απο το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Προσπάθεια στην αρχή να βρεθεί ανταλλακτικό και να επισκευαστεί. Συχνή επικοινωνία, ακόμα και όταν δεν είχαν κάποιο νεοτερο να μου πουν, απλως για να με ενημερώσουν ότι δεν με έχουν ξεχάσει και περιμένουν απάντηση απο την εταιρία του προιόντος και έρευνα του ανταλλακτικόυ. Τελικά αυτό δεν ήταν δυνατόν. Χωρίς να υπάρχει περαιτέρω καθυστερήση, μου προτάθηκαν οι επιλογές να πάρω κάτι άλλο απο το κατάστημα, αλλά λόγω ότι δεν υπήρχε κάτι αντίστοιχο με το προιόν που ήθελα, επέλεξα την επιστροφή του προιόντος και την επιστροφή των χρημάτων. Στάλθηκε αμέσως ταχυμεταφορέας στην οικία μου για παραλαβή του προιόντος χωρίς χρέωση και μέσα στις επόμενες ημέρες επιστράφηκαν τα χρήματα στο λογαριασμό μου. Σε δύσκολη περίοδο με μπλοκάρισμένα courier λόγω covid το λέω σαν θέτικο ότι η όλη διαδικασία ολοκληρώθηκε στις 4/2/2021. Στα δύσκολα φαίνεται η εξυπηρέτηση ενός καταστήματος και απο εμένα 5 αστέρια...!
Because the good must be said and much more when there is a problem and there is a need for after sales service. Let me mention that I ordered a product at the beginning of January, 5/1/2021. I received it immediately, in about 5 days. In the second use there was damage to the product, without any responsibility from the store. The product had a guarantee. Immediate service and communication from the call center. Attempt at the beginning to find a spare part and repair it. Frequent communication, even when they did not have someone new to tell me, just to let me know that they have not forgotten me and are waiting for a response from the product company and spare parts research. In the end, this was not possible. Without further ado, I was offered the option to get something other than the store, but because there was nothing like the product I wanted, I chose to return the product and refund the money. A courier was immediately sent to my house to pick up the product free of charge and within the next few days the money was returned to my account. In a difficult period with blocked couriers due to covid, I say as a positive that the whole process was completed on 4/2/2021. The service of a store seems to be in trouble and from me 5 stars ...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ένα set cocktail. Ήρθε στον Βόλο σε μια ημέρα!!!Το προϊόν καταπληκτικό και σε πολύ καλή τιμή σε σχέση με άλλα e -shop.Ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες.Κατενθουσιασμένη!
I ordered a cocktail set. Came to Volos in one day !!! The product is amazing and at a very good price compared to other e-shops. Just like in the photos. Excited!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστέρι μόνο και μόνο επειδή δεν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα για κανένα αστέρι. Αγενέστατοι και ειρωνικοί ενώ έχουν στείλει ΔΥΟ ΦΟΡΕΣ το λάθος νούμερο σαγιονάρας!!! Μου πετούσαν το μπαλάκι για το δικό τους λάθος επειδή ζήτησα 41-42 hawaianas και ρωτούσαν εμένα αν θέλω το 41-42 σε ευρωπαικό ή brazilian, τους εξήγησα οτι θέλω το ΚΑΝΟΝΙΚΟ 41-42 που κυκλοφορεί και τελικά μου έστειλαν το 39-40 γιατί κατάλαβαν οτι ήθελα το ευρωπαικό, στη συνέχεια μου εστειλαν ξανά το ίδιο προιόν δλδ 39-40 και μετά μου ζήτησαν να πληρώσω έξοδα αποστολής επειδή το λάθος ήταν λέει δικό μου για να μου στείλουν τελικά το σωστό (!!!) Τώρα έπρεπε να έχω παραλάβει το σωστό νούμερο αλλά ούτε αυτό έχει συμβεί. Ου μπλέξεις… Απατεώνες…
One star just because there is no possibility for any star. Very rude and ironic while they have sent the wrong flip flop number TWICE !!! They were throwing the ball at me for their mistake because I asked for 41-42 hawaianas and they asked me if I want the 41-42 in European or Brazilian, I explained to them that I want the NORMAL 41-42 that is circulating and finally they sent me the 39-40 because they understood that I wanted the European, then they sent me the same product again δλδ 39-40 and then they asked me to pay shipping costs because the mistake was my own to finally send me the right one (!!!) Now I should have received the correct number but that has not happened either. The entanglements τε Cheaters…
