Ειναι η 2η φορα που έχουμε την ίδια αντιμετώπιση και καθυστέρηση. Και οταν εν τελη ακυρώσαμε την παραγγελία θυμήθηκαν οτι επρεπε να την ετοιμάσουν οπβς μας ειπς η κοπέλα στην εξυπηρέτηση που μπορω να πω οτι η σταση της ηταν απαράδεκτη. ΚΑΙ ΟΤΑΝ ΤΗΝ ΑΚΥΡΩΣΑΜΕ ΜΑΣ ΕΙΠΑΝ ΟΤΙ ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΟΥΜΕ ΝΑ ΤΗΝ Ακυρώσουμε διοτι ειναι προς παράδοση ενω πριν 1 λεπτο μας ειπς οτι μολις ετοιμάζεται. Το πιο επικο στην ολη κατασταση ηταν ο ντελιβερας που μας ειπε κιολας "αφου είδατε ορι αργεί γιατι δεν πήγατε να την πάρετε μονοι σας". Απάντηση απο τον ντελιβερά.... το δε φυλλο στις κρέπες ηταν σαν λαστιχο, και το μόνο που την έκανε να δείχνει κρέπα και να καλυπτει την υφη λαστιχου του φυλλου ηταν η γέμιση Απαράδεκτοι και ΜΕ ΠΟΛΥ ΘΡΑΣΣΟΣ. the order took 1 hour to come for a distance of 4 minutes there was no update for delay. This is the second time we have the same treatment and delay. And when we finally canceled the order, they remembered that they had to prepare it for us, as the girl at the service said, and I can say that her attitude was unacceptable. AND WHEN WE CANCELED IT, THEY TOLD US THAT WE CANNOT CANCEL IT BECAUSE IT IS FOR DELIVERY, while 1 minute ago you told us that it is just being prepared. The most epic of the whole situation was the delivery man who even told us "since you saw it's late because you did not go to get it alone". Answer from the deliverer .... and the sheet in the crepes was like rubber, and the only thing that made it look like a crepe and cover the rubber texture of the sheet was the filling. Unacceptable and WITH VERY COURAGE.
