c	chris dev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ περιμεναμε 100 λεπτα ακριβως δεν απαντησαν σε 32 κλησεισ και οταν αποφασισαν να απαντησουν μας ειπαν πως δεν εχει ξεκινησει η παραγγελια καν να ετοιμαζεται.θα μπορουσαν εξαρχης να μας ενημερωσουν. we waited 100 minutes exactly they did not answer 32 calls and when they decided to answer they told us that the order has not even started to be prepared. they could have informed us from the beginning.

Κατανοώ το δυσκολο της ημέρας για πιθανη καθυστέρηση, ειναι όμως τελείως αντιεπαγγελματικο που το μαγαζι δεν πηρε ποτε να ενημερώσει ότι θα αργήσει. επίσης θα μπορουσαν απλά να μην δέχονται παραγγελιες από efood εκείνη την ημέρα γνωρίζοντας ότι δεν μπορουν να τις ολοκληρώσουν. We ordered on Easter Sunday from efood, unfortunately the order never came !! I understand the difficulty of the day for a possible delay, but it is completely unprofessional that the store never got to inform that it will be late. they could also simply not accept orders from efood that day knowing they can not complete them.
Γ	Γιάννης Κασβίκης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πρόσφατη κακιστη εμπειρία με οδηγησε στο γεγονός να αξιολογηθεί ως ένα από τα χειρότερα καταστήματα φαγητού στο Αγρίνιο. Έγιναν δύο παραγγελίες την Κυριακή του πασχα με διαφορά 10 λεπτών στις 21.24 και 21.34 και εκτίμηση χρόνου 45 λεπτών εγκαιρης παράδοσης. Στην μια ώρα έγινε τηλέφωνο και μας είπαν ότι σε δέκα λεπτά θα φύγουν οι παραγγελίες. Μετά από μιάμιση ώρα καθυστέρηση χτυπάει το κουδούνι και μας δίνουν μονο την δευτερη παραγγελία από τις δύο. Όταν ρωτήσαμε που είναι η πρώτη μας ειπαν ότι γίνεται χαμός και διαμαρτυθηκαμε πως γίνεται να μην φέρνουν και τις δύο παραγγελίες μαζί ποσο μαλλον πρώτα την δευτερη. Μας είπαν ότι σε 20 λεπτά θα φέρουν και την επόμενη και εν τέλει καταλήξαμε να παραλάβουμε 23.30 ώρα τα φαγητά από τις 21.34. Τα φαγητά δεν καταναλώθηκαν ποτε στο σύνολο τους καθώς τα παιδιά για τα οποια προορίζονταν είχαν πέσει για ύπνο. Ζητήσαμε επιστροφή χρημάτων απο το box και παρόλο την ταλαιπωρία το μαγαζί αρνήθηκε. Αγενες προσωπικό και αντιεπαγγελματισμος στο μεγαλείο του. Παρακαλώ Μακριά!!! Όσοι είχαν παρόμοιες εμπειρίες παρακαλώ να τις μοιραστούν μαζι μας καθώς τέτοια μαγαζιά δεν έχουν θέση στον Νομό μας. Αν είχε αρνητικά αστέρια τα πέντε θα τα έπαιρνε σίγουρα. The recent bad experience led me to be rated as one of the worst grocery stores in Agrinio. Two orders were placed on Easter Sunday with a difference of 10 minutes at 21.24 and 21.34 and an estimated time of 45 minutes on time delivery.
