Τους πηγαμε φακελλο επειγον για Αθηνα, μας ειπαν σιγουρα οτι την επομενη ημερα το μεσημερι θα ηταν στην Αθηνα, και την επομενη ημερα ουτε φωνη ουτε ακροαση. Την μεθεπομενη μετα απο αλλεπαλληλα τηλεφωνα, μας ειπαν οτι έπρεπε να καλεσουμε εμεις μια αλλη κουριερ με την οποια τον ειχαν στειλει και να τους πιεσουμε (εμεις) να μας τον φερουν. Έπρεπε ν α καταθεσουμε το χαρτι στον δημο... και οι απαντησεις της υπαλληλου ηταν "συγνωμην εχετε δικιο, αλλα κι εγω τι θελετε να σας κάνω?" οι πλεον ακαταλληλοι να βρουν λυση στο θεμα που οι ιδιοι δημιουργησαν.... κανενας επαγγελματισμος και αδιαφορία Και πληρωσαμε και 12 ευρω για εναν φακελο που αλλη εταιρεια μας πηρε 7 ευρω Unacceptable. Αλλά και κατά τη διάρκεια αυτού, η Creta Courier αποτελεί μια μικρή "όαση" στο χώρο των courier. 1) δεν περιμένεις στο τηλέφωνο. Δεν είναι κατεβασμένα τα ακουστικά, δε θα περιμένεις σε ένα απρόσωπο ρομποτικό σύστημα που θα πατάς το 1 και το 3 και το 4 για να σου κλείσουν τη γραμμή κ να περιμένεις με τις ώρες με μουσική. Απαντάνε ΑΜΕΣΩΣ και μαθαίνεις ΑΜΕΣΩΣ αυτό που θες. 2) Ζητάω πάντα παραλαβή από τη διεύθυνση του αποστολέα, όπου κι αν βρίσκεται αυτός. Σήμερα το παραλαμβάνουν, αύριο το έχεις στα χέρια σου. Άμεσα και τάχιστα! 3) Σωστές και λογικότατες χρεώσεις. Το μόνο "πρόβλημα" που αντιμετωπίζω ο ίδιος προσωπικά είναι ότι επειδή μένω σε απομακρυσμένη περιοχή, μου ζητούν με περίσσια ευγένεια εάν μπορώ να το παραλάβω εγώ από τα γραφεία τους γιατί δυσκολεύονται. Σε τέτοιες εποχές δε μπορώ παρά να δείξω κατανόηση. Με βοηθούν όμως πάρα πολύ στο να δείξω κατανόηση όταν όλες οι υπηρεσίες που μου παρέχουν είναι ήδη άμεσες κ άψογες. Σε τόσο δύσκολη και απαιτητική εποχή για αυτούς, τη δείχνω φυσικά ευχαρίστως. 4) όταν πας στο κατάστημα δεν περιμένεις ώρες ατελείωτες να παραλάβεις το δέμα σου σε μία τεράστια ουρά απέξω. Σίγουρα βοηθάει κ το γεγονός ότι δεν είναι μια από τις "mainstream" εταιρείες, όμως αυτό τους βοηθάει. Συστήνω ΑΝΕΠΙΦΥΛΑΚΤΑ την Creta Courier, με τον επαγγελματισμό τους, το χαμόγελό τους και την ευγένειά τους να ξεχωρίζουν. Στην μια με ειδοποίησε ο κούριερ καί όταν τού είπα δεν είμαι σπίτι στην δνση αλλά αν μπορείς να μου το φέρεις 1000μ πού είναι η δουλειά μου αρνήθηκε. Στο δεύτερο δέμα το έμαθα από το κατάστημα ότι ήρθε δεν ειδοποιήθηκα ποτέ. Όταν δε πήγα στο κατάστημα να παραλάβω δεν δεχόντουσαν χρήση κάρτας ενώ η αντικαταβολή πληρωμένη. Απαράδεκτο...... M	Mixalis F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ΄μεταφορικη το ακριβως αντιθετο με οτι συμβαινει στο χωρο αυτη τη στιγμη, κάτι που σημαινει οτι μάλλον δεν ειναι τοσο ακοτόρθωτο να κανεις σωστά μια παράδοση όπως προσπαθουν να μας το παρουσιάσουν οι υπόλοιπες εταιρίες με την συντηριπτική πλειοψηφία των οποίων έχω τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες και θα έλεγα ότι πολλές φορές εσκεμμένα δεν θέλουν να κάνουν την δουλειά τους σωστά για λόγους τους οποίους τους ξέρουν μόνο οι ίδιοι. Η κα. Μαρία Βρυσαννάκη πάντα πρόθυμη και επαγγελματίας με έχει εξυπηρετήσει άψογα όπως και οι συναργάτες της και εννοείται ότι δεν βρίσκω κανένα άλλο λόγο να ρισκάρω να συνεργαστώ με κάποια άλλη μεταφορική όσο η συγκεκριμένη δραστηροποιείται στο χώρο. Ελπίζω να συνεχίσουν στο ίδιο επίπεδο επαγγελματισμού γιατί ο κόσμος έχει κουραστεί να ταλαιπωρείται.
