TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TOURIST SCAM PLACE! They charged me 450 EUR for a 2h treatment without advising how much it would cost me in the first place and blindly assuming they can charge anything as the insurance at my home country will pay. If you need a doctor go to the public hospital.

Get there by 0900 and you’ll get your results the same day by 2100-2200. Fast turn around time but double check the date of the sample Collected. I’m glad I double checked or else I wouldn’t have been allowed to board the air craft within the 96 hour window. I had to go back later in the same day to retrieve a corrected printed certificate.

Got calf muscle strain during the vacations. Visited orthopedist in that clinic (90EUR), he prescribed triplex veins ultrasound (90EUR) and a knee brace (45EUR). What I didn't like in that clinic, especially taking into account such quite high prices: - Diagnosis in discharge note: "Cuff injury" (with mistake in word "Calf"). Even despite of the mistake in writing, I don't think that such a Diagnosis can be considered accurate and professional (similar to "head injury", "stomach pain" etc). Apparently, I came to that clinic already knowing that I got calf injury, and what I got as a result - "calf injury" in diagnosis. Not the new knowledge you can buy for 180 EUR, right? :) - Knee brace I got in this clinic is useless in case of calf muscle strain. You need a different type of brace, specially for calf muscle. So 45 EUR were just thrown away and 7 days of recovery were spent without proper support of the injured muscle.... Finally I got a correct type of a brace from my doctor only when I returned back home. That was the most disappointed thing for me ... - (a minor thing) After visiting doctor I spent extra 50 min waiting for a bill and discharge note. There was a chaos on reception, two ladies were doing everything at once: registering new patients, answering phone calls, receiving payments, issuing discharge notes, registering people who came only to make a covid test for travelling, everything. You have to wait in a line and pray that there will be no more new incoming phone calls, because each new call distracts the lady on reception for extra 3-5 minutes and you need to wait more... Not really well organized business... On a positive side: they told me that my injury is not so serious as it could be, and it was confirmed by my doctor at home (recovery will take a few weeks, but there is not too much you can do in order to make it faster except for ice, rest and proper muscle support). So in fact I for only 2 hours of time and 225 EUR I got my peace of mind :) I think this clinic is targeting on foreign tourists with medical insurances for travelers, so they don't care too much about quality of services (tourists will not return to complain) and competitive prices (insurance company will pay it anyway - but I was paying for myself). 2 stars because of useless knee brace prescription.

This company is also testing at annabelle beach resort. Basically you pay 20 Euro for a negative test result. The nurse makes the test, the assistant sends the negative result immediately. There is no name on the test itself and it just got packed in a box. After approaching them, they didn’t understand English anymore. Speaking to the reception in the resort, they Said it’s all fine and under Control. No surprise corona is spread easily

Due to an urgent eye-inflammation we’ve visited this medical center and got well treated by Dr. Batsis and his team. We got impressed by their professionalism and they absolutely showed the sense of responsibility for their patients. And of course Dr. Batsis’s humor and kindness which helps to reduce the stress when suffering from injury.

I ended up contracting a stomach bug while on vacation in Crete. I was blown away by how caring everyone was at this hospital. From the front desk receptionists, to the nurses, to the general practitioner, to the ultrasound technician, everyone there was incredibly friendly and caring. I so appreciated how well they cared for me. P.s. Don't drink the shower water at the beach ?

These people are scammers. 15 minute check up: 100€. That's so ridiculous! Avoid at all cost. Beside the scam, the guy at desk is extremely rude.
