Split my head open when i was running due to slippery surface. Brilliant care given to me once i arrived at Malia clinic. Staff ready at door to receive me. Had 12 stitches to my head. Cant fault their care. Brilliant!!?

Great medical center. Nice and new building and equipment, doctors polite and very helpful. Staff and nurses too. Our case was treated and processed fast so we could continue our vacations. Thank you guys!

I went there because of high blood pressure. The place is clean, the staff is very helpful, friendly and seemingly competent. The doctor who examined me spoke my language and perked up my morale. Great human being.

Our 5 years old daughter had a really high fever and nausea and were seeking the medical assistance. This hospital was the nearest one to our hotel. I called them and they answered quite fast, the lady was very polite and informative, she really took her time to explain even small details. When we arrived our daughter vomited almost on the steps of the hospital she was very weak we had to carry her. Then I had to wait in the queue, complete the form, luckily the nurse working in the hospital was passing by and she saw our girl and she rushed to help not waiting for papers to be filled out, they insisted to have covid test first, and the nurse did her best to make it the least unpleasant for the girl. I was really happy with attitude of the nurse. With the reception I had a "slightly" different experience. I have completed the papers and the next step was just give them to the reception along with Covid Test result and proceed to the doctor and there was a bottleneck. It looks like Reception is charged with several roles in the hospital, first they need to answer every call, do something else at the same time. Even when it was my turn and I handed over the papers the lady took at least 3 different calls and handled other two things and she really took her time even if i was standing just in front of her with really sick child waiting for the help. And I had the exactly the same situation on the way back from the clinic. We rushed to buy medicine for the daughter but still had to wait them to multitask a million things and with our daughter on the lowest priority.

I had to visit the clinic because I had developed an infection in my foot through a small cut. They were fantastic from start to finish, the receptionist is English so nothing was lost in translation, very nice nurse who took my blood and a very thorough doctor who did the rest. They dealt with the insurance company on my behalf too. We went back at the end of the holiday to have our covid tests, all super quick and easy, our documents were all checked to ensure we had everything we needed for our flight home. Brilliant service, lovely people.
