Είμαι επαγγελματίας και έχω κατάστημα ενώ τους ζήτησα τιμοκατάλογο για να γίνω πελάτης τους δεν μου απάντησαν άμεσα και χρειάστηκε να τους καλέσω ξανά μετά από 1 εβδομάδα για να με εξυπηρετήσουν καθώς την πρώτη φορά δεν υπήρξε ανταπόκριση. Κατόπιν μόλις κατάφερα να επικοινωνήσω με έναν υπάλληλο τους, με ρωτούσαν αδιάκριτα στοιχεία σχετικά με το πελατολόγιο μου και τι ακριβώς θα κάνω με το εμπόρευμα. Αγενέστατοι, καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί και αντιεπαγγελματίες!
Very bad customer service and professionalism zero!
I am a professional and I have a store while I was asking for a price list to be a customer they did not respond immediately and I had to call them again after 1 week to serve me as there was no response for the first time. Then as soon as I managed to contact one of their employees, they asked me nonsensical information about my clientele and what exactly I would do with the merchandise. Unobtrusive, not at all helpful and unprofessional!
