Tolle Räder, sehr schöne Landschaft und perfekte Temperaturen. Tolle Alternative zu Malle und Co.. Ich werde nächstes Frühjahr wieder hinfliegen. I've been to Agia Galini before in 2015 and attended a training camp in the spring. The exits were great! Great wheels, beautiful scenery and perfect temperatures. Great alternative to Malle and Co. I will fly back next spring.

Ich habe am 03.08.2022 eine Anfrage für ein Rad im Zeitraum für 14 Tage gestellt (ca. 250€). Eine Antwort auf meine Anfrage kam sofort, und ich dachte mir super der Urlaub ist wieder perfekt mit einem Rad auf Kreta. Die Tage vergingen, und man konnte mir noch kein Rad zusagen. Die Wochen vergingen, und man konnte mir noch immer kein Rad zusagen. Man sagte mir immer es gibt noch keine Antwort aus Matala wegen Rad usw. anscheinend wird nicht mehr telefoniert. Nach 28 Tagen Mailverkehr, und 3 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt, und auf mein drängen was jetzt los ist kam endlich eine Anwort vom Betreiber der Hompage. ES GIBT KEIN RAD ZU DIESEN ZEITPUNKT. Also kurz und Schmerzlos man konnte mir nicht in 28 Tage sagen ein JA oder NEIN. Darum gibt es für mich ein 5- für diesen Radverleih. Nice homepage only with the bike rental it doesn't seem to work anymore. On August 3rd, 2022 I made a request for a bike for a period of 14 days (approx. 250 €). An answer to my inquiry came immediately, and I thought it would be great the perfect holiday with a bike in Crete again. The days passed and no one could promise me a bike. Weeks passed and I still couldn't be promised a bike. I was always told that there is still no answer from Matala about cycling, etc. apparently they no longer make calls. After 28 days of email traffic, and 3 days before the start of my vacation, and at my urging what is going on now, I finally got an answer from the operator of the website. THERE IS NO WHEEL AT THIS TIME. So short and painless you couldn't say a YES or NO in 28 days. That's why there is a 5 for this bike rental for me.

Over the year and a half, before I could finally go on the trip, the conditions of the trip changed considerably while at the same time it kept getting more expensive. I had originally booked with this company because I liked the idea of guided tours. Well, that didn't happen anymore. What really upset me, though, was the fact that after a friend of mine briefly INQUIRED about coming on the trip with me - without ever signing anything! - the company immediately charged me the additional amount of money. With the increasing Covid cases at the time my friend decided against going, and I tried to get the extra amount I was charged (over $700) back, but have been unsuccessful till this day. Needless to say, I will not book another trip with this company.
