They met us at our ferry in Chania, and despite some accidents on the roads that day that caused a delay, they went out of there way to give us the best experience possible. The manager even met us in Rethmino with a box of fresh pastries and escorted us and our bags to the front door of our hotel. If you want personalized, premium service, I highly recommend them.
