★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο καφές καθυστέρησε λόγω ατυχήματος του διανομέα. Παρόλα αυτά, όχι απλά ζήτησαν συγγνώμη, αλλά η ίδια η ιδιοκτήτρια έφερε δωρεάν μια βάφλα με παγωτό και σοκολάτα σαν δώρο, ζητώντας και πάλι συγγνώμη!Μόνο με αυτό με κέρδισαν, καθώς πάνω απ' όλα δείχνουν σεβασμό στους πελάτες!
Παρεμπιπτόντως, τόσο ο καφές όσο και η βάφλα γευστικότατα!
The coffee was delayed due to an accident of the distributor. However, not only did they apologize, but the owner herself brought a free waffle with ice cream and chocolate as a gift, apologizing again! Only with that did they win me over, as above all they show respect to customers!
By the way, both the coffee and the waffle are delicious!
