I am exciting how well organized and professionals are these guys for the Corona virus! They are taking all the necessary measures for Covid 19, i felt very safe! The quality of villa was fabulous very clean the staff very responsive, at a really affordable luxury! Thank You i ll be back for sure hope without Coronavirus...

First ever Google review... Communication with an unprofessional and rude staff at reservations from crucial hospitality management on 22.03.2020 was the worst customer service I have encountered. Amidst the pandemic, I was rearranged to Kyveli Luxury Suites on ground floor, after finding out CH Adrianou Suites (my original booking) was closed upon arrival. I stayed for 3 nights total and my observations are : Tidy and cozy, great amenities and appliances. No openable window. Sliding glass doors behind Perforated shutters facing street for ventilation. Ants on the floor and kitchen bench. And spotted 2 small Cockroaches, one next to sink a and one at the entrance of the bedroom. All was fine and I extended my stay for one night at the original booking price, which I appreciated due to unforseen circumstances, clearly communicated and agreed with phone operator (he was friendly, clear and helpful) and promised to send invoice... Which I still have not received. Problem came on the last day when I tried to extend my stay again, no answer on phone number provide and after some research got in touch with crucial hospitality via email. After some back and forth emails, I requested a phone call to clarify as the staff member insisted a price increase. The problem was not the cost, but the unclear communication and conflicting information provided, by two different staff /operators. Then more emails and came the following two issues. He requested my full credit card details over email... Which is ridiculous, a complete breach of security for the customer And acused me of blackmailing, where I did not request for any benefits... But simply expressed my disappointment with his attitude and level of customer service and advised I will write a negative review based on this exchange, in hope crucial hospitality can review their operational policies and standards so that future customers may have an improved service experience...I have also reflected this experience direct to the management company... I hope this is an isolated incident on the part of one staff member and not the culture of the entire management company.

Worst hotel experience of our lives. My partner was injured in the hotel room due to a known water leak from the bathroom to the main room under the bed. We know this since staff said the last occupants complained of the exact same issue. My partner slipped in the night and seriously hurt her elbow and bruised her wrists. Hotel staff did not even find a first aid kit until 45 minutes later. We spent the entire next day in a hospital getting stitches and ensuring she was OK. Hotel mgmt did nothing to assist. I spoke with the Manager 24 hours later who assured us she would pay for hospital and pharmacy bill as well as refund room. NONE of this happened. I have whatsapp messages proving she would do this. We have been ignored by Crucial Hospitality group ever since in all emails. Gross negligence from these amateurs hoteliers. The lack of compassion and concern is frankly alarming. Scary experience in a foreign country. We lost out on an entire day of sightseeing as we had to deal with this in a country where we are not native speakers. BEWARE of this place. I have medical reports and pictures to back everything up I claim. Also in the worst part of Athens. Junkies and syringes all over the place. Not safe to walk around at night at all. Taxi driver told us this when dropping us off from the airport.

Can’t thank enough the service given by Crusial Hospitality in the way they handled the changes I had to make due to flight delays and change of dates due to Covid 19 and restrictions flying in to Greece. Very friendly and accommodating reducing my stress. Full heartedly recommend, thank you .

My experience was one of friendly staff easy communication and the property I booked was of a much better standard than description and photos. I am very grateful for making my holiday memorable and would definitely recommend. A big thank you to Crusial Hospitality!

Excellent company. Specialized in the area of hospitality and experienced staff. The hotels and apartments are very good !!! Very clean with warm atmosphere. Also quite spacious, nicely decorated and well structured. The staff very helpful and willing to help us with whatever we need. They told us about all the sights we could visit and the activities we could do. Finally, the subway from the hotels is at 500m, convenient for our transportation !!!

I stayed in Crucial's property and I loved the hospitality they offered. They helped me with my late check-in, they were always available when I wanted to ask for some information and they suggested me nice places to visit. They also helped me to find a guide to show me the Acropolis and the area around it. Thank you for the nice stay.

I have never stayed in a such atrociously managed and poorly apartment. The team is very unprofessional and dismissive. Stay away from them.
