Το συγκρότημα βρίσκεται στην ΒΔ πλευρά του Άργους Ορεστικού και αποτελείται από 2 τμήματα:
- Στο πρώτο από αυτά στεγάζεται το Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο του Άργους Ορεστικού.
- Το δεύτερο τμήμα αποτελείται από φουαγιέ και αίθουσα εκδηλώσεων - θεάτρου - κινηματογράφου με εξώστη για τις πολιτιστικές δραστηριότητες του δήμου.
Excellent building, jewel in Western Macedonia!
The complex is located on the northern side of Argos Orestiko and consists of 2 sections:
- The first of these houses the Archaeological Museum of Argos Orestiko.
- The second section consists of a foyer and a theater - cinema hall with a balcony for the cultural activities of the municipality.

Δεν περιμένει κανείς ότι θα συναντήσει σε μια τόσο μικρή πόλη της Ελλάδας ένα τέτοιο οικοδομημα. Η σκηνή του θεάτρου είναι τεράστια ενώ η αίθουσα μεγαλη και ζέστη με θέσεις αρκετά άνετες και ξεκούραστες. Η χωρητικότητα της αίθουσας μαζι με τον εξώστη είναι περίπου 450 θέσεις. Ακριβώς δίπλα στο πολιτιστικο κέντρο βρίσκεται το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο του Άργους Ορεστικού.
The cultural center of Argos Orestiko is located on the edge of the city and is a real jewel for the place. You do not expect anyone to come across such a building in such a small town in Greece. The stage of the theater is enormous while the room is large and warm with places quite comfortable and relaxing. The capacity of the room together with the balcony is about 450 seats. Right next to the cultural center is the archaeological museum of Argos Orestiko.
