Very sweet gym ......... you have the attention of the gymnasts ........ they are only women .......... very nice ..... I recommend it because I do not he is impersonal !!!!!

Ο χώρος καθαρος!η γυμναστικη οτι πρεπει 30 λεπτα και αισθανεσαι ευεξια,εχεις γυμναστει και δεν εχεις ταλαιπωρήσει το σωμα σου καθολου. Με μια ήπια διατροφη βλεπεις αποτελεσματα απο τον πρώτο μηνα χωρις να εχεις ταλαιπωρηθεί. I would not change the girls who work in sweetness, friendly, helpful !! I feel like I have a company !!! The place is clean! The gym that needs 30 minutes and you feel well, you have exercised and you have not bothered your body at all. With a gentle diet you see results from the first month without having suffered.

Τα προγράμματα που ενσωματώνονται στο κυκλικό πρόγραμμα, πολύ αποτελεσματικά και ευχάριστα . Στο συγκεκριμένο χώρο , οι γυμνάστριες Δώρα και Μαρία είναι εξαιρετικές και ως άνθρωποι και ως επαγγελματίες. Η ατμόσφαιρα ζέστη και γενικά δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τα κλασικά γυμναστήρια . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα στις εργαζόμενες μητέρες και όχι μόνο !!!! The concept is perfect for those who do not have time. 30 minutes, whenever you want and you can adjust the exercise according to your strength and capability. The programs integrated into the circular program, very effective and enjoyable. In this particular area, Gifts and Maria are great both as people and as professionals. Μέσα σε ένα μήνα βλέπεις διαφορά στο σώμα σου!! The girls are wonderful, they make you feel very familiar !! The 30 minutes of exercise pass quickly and pleasantly !!
